The best shop for BMW E92 M3 owners.Malek came highly recommended by members in a BMW forum.I brought my car in for rod bearings, alignment and other service. He found a cracked control arm that another shop had overtightened. We decided to replace both sides, he ordered the parts, did the repairs and the only guy I have found who really knows how to properly align a car with fully adjustable suspension i.e. track, wheelbase, camber, caster, then he weight balanced the car as well. Drives great!! Thank you Malek.

Malek is an honest and professional mechanic, his knowledge to the e9x platform is irreplaceable. Would always be a returning customer to MRF.

I had my rod bearings done here and the price was quite reasonable. Quite professional and gave plenty of good recommendations. Gotta pay to play.

Malek is the best in the game. Knows BMW inside and out. Turned my e92 m3s from a jambled mess into a piece of art. Honest and quality work. Highly recommend.

Impeccable value to our BMW community. I’ve purchased product and had it shipped coast to coast installed and returned without a hassle!

Have been to MRF a few times now. Immaculate shop, excellent work and the most trustworthy mechanical artisan. Malek has the attention to detail that is second to no one. He is a very honest business man that will let you know if the work needs to be done or not.

Malek has been nothing but courteous on the phone. What he will not tell you is that his shop is unlike any car shop you will ever find anywhere because MRF is so clean that it’s as sterile as an operating room. Not a drop of oil anywhere. Forget about losing a 10mm in this place. There was also no upsell, no scare tactics, no B.S.. He was very up front with his business. Explained to me what needs to be done and what the benefits are. I would gladly drive 10hrs to do services with MRF in the future.Oh, and his dad Fred was quite a character. Left a good impression on me.

What a transformation! The M3 feels much more buttoned down. Everything from shifting to bump compliance to sliding feels more engaged. Listen to Malek and take his suggestions. I doubt anyone on this continent knows the E9X platform better. I would write more but I need to keep driving!

My original review was for Malek's brilliant work on my e92's rod bearings. He is now servicing my M4 and I would not take my cars anywhere else [even though I am not local]. Recently, we had an issue with bad BMW parts. Malek went way above and beyond to resolve the problem and make sure my car was back in action. I can't thank him enough. Malek is everything you want in a mechanic and fully stands behind his excellent work. His reputation as one of the best mechanics is 110% earned.

I usually don't write reviews. I've tried to accept that things happen and sometimes there are mistakes but I've discovered more little things here and there. I'm extremely picky about who I take my M3 to for service and I only choose to let someone else work on the car if I feel absolutely uncomfortable with the level of work needed to accomplish something. With that being said, all basic maintenance is accomplished by me but I didn't feel confident in my abilities of accomplishing a rod bearing service. After lots of reading reviews and seeing mentions on M3 Post, I decided to go with MRF. The service was finished in a more than timely manner, he was very communicative with me about everything, he even allowed me to watch some of the work, and the price point was GREAT for what I got. Definitely made a lasting impression as someone who knew what they were doing. THE PROBLEM: Considering the fact that an oil change was apart of the service, I didn't change my oil until 5k miles later. When I removed the rear drain plug, I realized that the same exact drain plug I had used prior to the rod bearing service was REUSED. This wouldn't be an issue but the threadings on the rear drain plug were now stripped seemingly from someone using an impact driver to "hurriedly" put it back together. If I wasn't capable, it would have caused me to have to contact him again to repair it which raises flags in my opinion. I've seen other members on the forums say they've had stripped drain plugs which were resolved by them ultimately taking their E9x M3 BACK to him for more business by having a Time Sert installed and repairing the threads. This isn't ok and even if it was coincidental, this raises questions of how often this happens. It's an ongoing issue I'm solving myself. Even more so, I recently did a transmission service. I discovered various fasteners missing from the underbelly, all of which would need to be removed to access the engine. I found remnants of a cloth sandwiched on a motor mount (motor mount replacement is included in the service). If it was a longer cloth, it could have gotten caught in a belt or something rotational. So I give a 3/5. I consider that fair.
