i needed to find a new mechanic ASAP and stumbled upon these genuine beings . i took my car in for an oil change after making a same day appointment . i could've been out in an hour but the oil change comes with an inspection and David ( that magical being ) kept coming out to explain the little things my car needed . but explained it to me like a person - no mansplaining because i'm a woman or speaking as if i'm a mechanic and i look under my hood , cause i don't . even quoted me for future work on my car and told me the levels of urgency and i wasn't mad at the quote at all !!! this experience was so good i made an appointment before i left to bring my wife car . can't believe it took me so long to find them . my life ain't been the same since !!! all of the people working there are of high quality and are so kind - the receptionist was so personable , she just was laughing and smiling BOTH days and you can tell the people get along the culture don't lie !

David is the man. My 2021 Suburban was having an issue with squeaking brakes. The dealer stated that I needed to get new front brake pads and resurfaced rotors. I came to David for a second opinion and he quickly stated that the pads and rotors are fine. He did more digging to determine the exact reason for the squeaking, which had nothing to do with the pads or rotors. Turns out a sensor was causing the squeaking. He spent about an hour looking over my car and didn't charge me a dime. Truly an honest shop. Thanks again.

i got trust issues with mechanics specially here in orange county. I got ripped off 10yrs ago with mechanics somewhere there at via Fabricante. I always ask for the pricing and canvas which one is the cheapest before i go and check out the shop and guess what this the best ones in our area. They dont over price. They dont rip off people. I dont even want to put a review because people will start to know this business lol. Highly recommend. This.autoshop.is.a.gem. 5 stars!!!!!

This and the work they produce put to rest all the typical concerns about car repair. The pricing is fair and reasonable, and they let you know from the very beginning what to expect. The first couple of times we brought our vehicles in there, we double checked their estimates and their work with other mechanics. Every single time this firm came through for us both in price and quality of work.

Mission Auto came through big-time again for us: my moms 20 year old suv had multiple issues i wanted addressed including AC that was caput, shocks that bounced and a crazy shake in the front end at speed. The team correctly diagnosed all issues 1st time, gave me an accurate cost estimate, and fixed up her ride in a day. The AC is ice cold, and it rides like new. Its drives so good ive spent a week detailing the interior (doing literally everything) because it judt deserves it now. Big thanks to the team. this is the 2nd large project ive requested from them and they keep coming through with excellent workmanship.

Wow!! I am so happy I found Mission Auto! I have used them twice now for large auto repairs for timing belt and starter, and I just have to rave about their customer service!!! They go above and beyond, are kind when they speak with you and offer reasonable prices! Highly recommend!!

One e again! Amazing service. Made an appointment for an oil change, came in the next day, they took my car in right on time. Excellent car repair shop! Superb customer service, average pricing, excellent work ethics, and exceptional quality of work! I think it's been a little over 2 years that I've been bringing my vehicles to this location.
