I happened to walk in looking for a birthday flower piece and I was able to get one right away!

A family gathering was held in a local restaurant and the three table arrangements were exquisitely arranged and delivered. Lake Forest florist staff worked with the restaurant staff to ensure the floral centerpieces and chocolates were perfectly arranged. They also take care of flower delivery to the cemetery to mark special occasions.

This flower shop is amazing. I come here once a month to get flowers for my wife.I just tell them my budget and let them pick the flowers and it always comes our amazing. My wife always loves the arrangement they come up with. Everyone working there is very nice and patient and really good above and beyond to make sure you like the flowers you buy. This is why its the only flower sho i will ever go to.

I really appreciate the good customer service they gave us. My husband has been buying Me flowers from here for a bit and the last time he got me flowers it was not what we expected. They gladly switched it with something we were more happy with. Definitely going to keep giving them business because it's hard to find great customer service these days

Wasn't greeted as I was trying to inquire about my order, service was partially welcoming at best. Asked for half a dozen light pink roses for my anniversary. Seems a little darker shade than requested. This photo is taken shortly after and they do not look fresh. Very disappointed I paid $81 for these. Would not recommend or come here again. Wife was not happy.

I definitely recommend this shop, Mrs. Wendy was unbelievably kind and I got my prom flowers the day I asked for them. She was very kind and the flowers are definitely beautiful. If you're ready this Mrs. Wendy thank you so much again!

I went in on a whim on 12-22 needing flowers for our wedding at 2:20 pm that day. Without a bother she made me a beautiful arrangement in between all her holiday orders! I am beyond grateful for my flowers . They made my Husband and I very happy and we will be back to discuss my big wedding arrangements too!
