Huge shout out to Jerod Morgan at Cart Mart in Laguna Woods. Took my Club Cart Onward to the UPS Store then Dollar Tree, but when I went to leave the screen showed "Fault". I could not get it to run and was stuck in the parking lot. I was fortunate that Cart Mart is in the same plaza and walked over to get help. I walked in the door and was greeted by Jerod who remembered my first and last name. We both walked back to my Club Cart and I showed him the problem. Jerod made a call and the next thing I when I was driving him back to the store. Jerod told me to watch it and if it happens again to call. You are "THE MAN" Jerod. Thanks Jerry Littlefield

My husband and I went to Cartmart in Laguna Woods to buy a golf cart enclosure for our mother. The store was nice, unfortunately that is the only good thing I can say about our experience. We were directed to their "service department". where we told a gentleman with glasses and a long goatee that we were interested in a golf cart enclosure. Without asking a single question, he told us "enclosures cost $1,500, there's a lot of labor". That was it. He didn't ask us a single question. He didn't even ask what kind of golf cart we had. He had no interest in helping us and obviously had better things to do. It was the worst service I've ever had in a store. We turned around and walked out and he continued his conversation with his co-worker. After doing some research we found a great enclosure at another store for $350. A far cry from $1500. Needless to say, we won't be going back to Cartmart and I would recommend going elsewhere, unless you enjoy rude people trying to rip you off.

I went in to check my golf cart tire pressure. Jared was awesome and offered quick service. They have leading golf cart brands and really inspired "rides"! Very cool place.

Went in for the first time now knowing anything about carts. The facilities were amazing and Jerod was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. We will be back for sure and will definitely work with Jerod again!

Jerod at Cart Mart helped us buy our first golf cart. When it broke, Cart Mart worked with us to get it fixed at our home. When we wanted to upgrade to a 4 passenger, Li-Ion model, Jerod worked with us to get the new model we wanted delivered and assisted with the registration. Always responsive and helpful in our email communications and follows up to make sure we are satisfied. Overall, we are quite happy with Jerod and Cart Mart.

Was looking for a well priced golf cart and Jarod Morgan was so helpful ! I knew nothing about them but he took the time to show me all of them , it still took me almost a year to decide ... he was as kind and helpful as if I'd walked in and bought it the first day . Thank you ! We love our cart !

We bought a golf cart for my parents at Cart Mart in. It is a very nice store. The side entrance with a ramp and wide doors made it convenient for my father who is in a wheelchair. Jarred the manager spent over an hour with us and when we made the purchase he delivered it personally along with a map of Laguna Woods golf cart paths. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and could not recommend Cart Mart enough. There should be more than 5 stars.

When I found the CRU club car online, I could not wait to order it. I called Cart Mart at 8am on a Monday morning and Jerod answered the phone. He was knowledgeable and fun and we immediately hit it off- I was going to buy the coolest golf car to ever roll the mean coastal streets from him. Fast forward four months later and almost daily conversations (yes the wait list was long and took forever to come to CA thru no fault of cart mart). He always took my calls, and helped follow up with corporate in GA. I got my cart and I am excited to send him referrals. Thanks jerod!
