“I had a nightmare experience purchasing a faulty gift card several weeks back from Ralph's. Since the gift card wasn't working nor was it recognized as a legitimate card, I called customer service (US Bank phone # on back of the card) and they requested for me to fax over several pages worth of information. I literally faxed over the same information four times (one time via mobile app, three times via UPS store) and they said the content on the pages were "illegible" and blurry. This made me irate because the only way to get a new gift was to fax over the the information to their specifications. Keep in mind, I already wasted nearly $40 of my own money, copying the documents, faxing them and downloading an e-fax mobile application that only required a paid subscription. I rushed over to a nearby US Bank and Mr. Salama kindly sat down, listened to my story and helped me scan and fax all the documents from scratch. I told him what if I need to fax it a hundred times because of whatever excuse they give me? He kindly reassured me then we will fax it over one hundred times at zero cost, no problem. After calling gift card services just now, they reviewed and accepted everything Mr. Salama faxed over last week and I will be getting a new replacement gift card within two weeks. Thank you to Mr. Salama and this US Bank branch in particular for taking so much burden off of my shoulders. You guys are the best....”

“I had to read and reread a few of the reviews to try and understand the low average for this branch. I have recently had a couple of rather complex banking issues/concerns. One involved being transferred as a Power of Attorney (POA) and the other involved a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC). The POA was quite involved but Peter Bigharaz (Relationship Manager) was extremely patient and thorough as he walked me through a detailed process. For the HELOC, Peter was joined by Ingrid Jayasekara (Relationship Banker). Ingrid was also patient and very detail oriented. She even followed up after the fact to ensure satisfaction. These two have my sincere vote of confidence!”
