Johanna in the custom cabinets department was so wonderful to work with. She helped us to design our new kitchen, laundry and pantry and office space. She went above and beyond. She offered the best customer service when a previous employee at a different Lowe's was less than adequate. Johanna made sure that we had the best experience. Every part of the process she made enjoyable. Now that our project is done, I make excuses to get things at Lowe's just to visit her. :)

Worst customer service. Every time I come here to get paint they make me wait and the customer service people are right there staring at me and don't say anything and nobody responds to the help button. I usually go to Lowe's in chino hills and they are way better with customer service. I just left right now and im so mad that I have wasted my time. This happens like 50% of the time I go in there. I don't recommend this lowes at all and I will not come back here. I would rather go to the lowes a couple exits away because the amount of time I had to wait til someone helps me is around the same time it takes for me to drive to the next one anyways.

Kari in major appliances is a big asset to that department! Bought a LG refrigerant in June of 2021! Needed to call for service on a repair with my extended warranty and I did not have my reference number needed to get my service she went out her way to help me get the correct paperwork with the information I needed! Also gave me the correct number to call for service which is now scheduled for Monday the 24th! Outstanding customer service from Kari!

No employees to help customers! Went to pick up some CMU block. After not able to find the standard 8x8x16 block on the isle, I asked the kid at the register if they were out front. He said to me, I don't know I'm just filling in as he continued to sit there. Here's a novel idea! Hey Mr shopper, let me find out for you!

Online order cancelled by the store. No reason given, was told to call corporate office. Corporate office also could not provide any information or reason for cancellation. I wouldn't really care if I used a standard payment method. Since I paid with a Lowe's gift card, Lowe's cannot refund back to the gift card and now I have to wait 7-10 business days to receive a replacement gift card.Spoke with Juan, assistant store manager at Lake Elsinore on the phone. He was professional and courteous. He promised to look into the issue and called back. First person from Lowe's to genuinely care, but unfortunately no resolution was achieved.Why bother going to Lowe's? Or why attempt an online order with convenient curb side pickup? Let's just give you a bunch of hassle, make you spend money out of pocket and force you to shop here again by issuing a new gift card? Bye! Planning to solve my home improvement needs at the Big Orange Store from now on.

Bravo to (CAMILLO)the customer service guy, I think his name was Camilo? He was the only CS guy that stopped and went above and beyond to help me out this morning...!!! He went to the sales floor and pulled the items that I needed and put them aside for me today, so I could drive there to purchase them. Thank you CAMILLO for your help this morning on the phone!!!!!! YOU were the best help in a very long time!

1 star. I'm so disappointed with the customer service at Lowe's. My father came to order a new dryer because our old one wasn't working. Our house runs off of propane so a specific conversion kit was bought and it had to be put on. Plus, he paid for them to haul the old dryer away. We were told 30 days will be given for the installation. So he waited 2 weeks before he called to get an update. They told him the dryer was done & it would be installed within the week. The contractor showed up, told me he wasn't going to take the old dryer and that he couldn't install his new one because he didn't have the proper parts. Lowe's then told my dad they installed the wrong conversion kit and HE had to go pick up the correct one. They did this to him twice. Then when he tried to confront them on the phone he was put on hold and tossed to different departments. He finally went in and they were stillno help. THIS IS WHY WE BUY LOCAL. Corporate does not care about you as a consumer. They just want your money. We finally found a local contractor who said that they can fix the old one super easily instead of buying a new one and fixed that one instead. Get it together Lowe's

I went in with a design for a toy for kids from abusive homes we are trying to make at the lowest price point. Charles popped up from receiving and helped me find the best parts for the design, and then Michael was kind enough to take some extra time assisting me with multiple cuts. I was able to bring a prototype of the toy directly to the team, same day. Above and beyond customer service is so rare in the retail hardware space, the "Home Depot ghost town" has become a meme. Go to Lowe's instead
