I come into this CVS often, the staff members are always very pleasant. Today while I was in there picking up some odds and ends I witnessed one of the store managers dealing with a frustrated customer who was requesting he do something that is against store policy and outside his own jurisdiction. Despite this, he remained incredibly polite and professional. I didn't catch his name, but I wanted to commend him for maintaining his composure.

CVS is the Worst pharmacy ever, if I could give it 0 stars I would. Always out of stock. They're very rude. Not to sure how they bought Rite Aid. I never had an issue with Rite Aid. Find a different pharmacy. You'll have issues if you pick this pharmacy.

This pharmacy is the worst, find someplace else. Their hours are terrible, they are always out of stock, and the staff is rude and lazy. When they finally an item restocked, they forget to fill your prescription or let you know it's ready.

Finally got a human on the phone and was told by Kim, she had customers. (Umm, what am I?) Put me in hold for over ten minutes, came back and asked what I was looking for again. Had me on hold another five minutes - hung up on me! My daughter called and she was hung up on too. We have spent 1000’s of dollars at this pharmacy and to be mistreated in multiple occasions is completely unacceptable. We will take our business elsewhere l. Staff desperately needs customer service training.

This CVS is the best CVS I've ever visited . The staff are amazing and very attentive. Makes you feel great shopping there. Big thanks and shout out to "Sin" for her amazing personality and helpfulness and "Kim" for being super positive and efficient. Thank you all so much !

Very helpful and friendly....was in this area for a few weeks and needed to get some medication transferred and the pharmacist was very nice.

Would give a zero star. Tyler, you're one of the worst pharmacists out there. You suck actually. The manager is just as bad. No one wants to service anyone. Wait times for pharmaceutical drugs or anything locked up in the aisles are terrible, and they don't care that you wait or that it's 7:55pm and they've closed their registers at the pharmacy and don't care, could give a rat's a$$ actually, that you're not getting your meds when you need them, even though he's closing 5 min early. Check out this guy and let him know what you think of him when you see him. Hopefully he sees this and changes his attitude. You should not be in the healthcare business when you don't care about your patient's health.

Nadia at the CVS Pharmacy in Canyon Hills just made our day! My father-in-law lost his diabetes test strips and while we are waiting to get a hold of the VA for more, he tried to buy some only bought the wrong ones for a hefty price. I thought I'd try CVS to see if they have some samples or advice and Nadia was able to find us some that were compatible with his kit and were also on sale. She was so helpful and wanted to make sure we got the best price. So grateful! Thank you Nadia!

Do not go here, eventually you will regret it. Like many other people have said in their reviews, the pharmacist Kaitlyn refuses to refill necessary prescriptions even if your doctor calls her and tells her too! This is the first time in 17 years that I needed an early refill and Kaitlyn refuses to fill it even with doctors orders. She kept telling me when I called to have the doctors office call her and explain why i need it early, they call her and she still refuses. I told her I can have seizures or die if I don't have this medication why would you refuse it. She does not care. She even lied to my doctor and told them that i told her that I take my medication multiple times a day and not as prescribed and thats why shes not filling it. Why would I tell her that??? She put a bunch of notes under my name and red flags so that no one will fill it. She told me it doesnt matter how many doctors say I need this medicine, she already has the prescription she needs but wont fill it. I reported her to the State Board of Pharmacy and I am going to a different pharmacy. God forbid she ever needs medication and someone acts like her and refuses. Unreal.

I have been here twice to put money in my Capital One account this past time Shirley helped me I do have to say Shirley you rock. Great customer service, friendly attitude I will go to this CVS for all my needs better than any branch of any Bank I've been to.Rock on CVSG

Such rude staff. Lady followed me in the store after having $80 worth of stuff in my basket. I tried a lotion that said tester and then she told me it's an expensive brand that I probably wouldn't get and now she has to put it with damaged stuff because I touched it. Never going tOcvs againthere again

Went on the website to see how late they were open and saw two star rating. I've always had a good experience then noticed the reviews are 2 years old when everyone was losing their minds..dosen't seem fair so giving them five stars..
