Great customer service from Gilbert Aquino. He is an asset to this branch location. He was able to answer all of my questions and was knowledgeable about the policies, procedures, and different options. Thank you for making this a pleasant banking experience. I hope Chase recognizes a good employee when they have one.

Chase in Arizona wired a large amount to me on a Friday and ready to pick up on a Monday, but when my Realtor and I went to retrieve it, the branch Manager of Chase in Lake Elsinore refused to release the funds, stating that the wired money cannot be withdrawn till Tuesday, costing me $100.00 in penalty. I contacted my Escrow Company who told me that the funds were available to be withdrawn on Monday.

The Canyon Hills Elsinore location continues to drop the ball. Incompetent management all the way down. Poor follow up and working knowledge of their processes procedures and product portfolio is at an all time low. This falls squarely on the site manager. As soon as I get my ducks aligned I'm pulling out all my investments cash reserves savings and checking. Location isn't the only priority

I went in looking for information on how to get a loan. As one does, I asked questions on the Chase Auto Loan. I was told to “look it up on our website”. I asked for information if they by any chance knew of a private bank somewhere near the area as i did not know. Again i got told to look it up. As those were the first faces i saw walking into a bank, i felt dismissed. Just plain out rude, not an ounce of decency to at least say “i personally don’t know but i’m sure if you look it up you could find one!”. Just rude. Whats the point of going to a bank asking for 1 on 1 information if i am just going to be told to google it.

Don't go to this branch they give out information on people having accounts!!!! All she did was go in and say she was related to me and looked up my name and told her I had and account with chase. All because they new who she was so just cause someone is your regular doesn't mean your supposed to give them any information out on them

They won't return your call for 2 days and they don't want to help. Bank elswhere. This branch is never busy, the staff is great as long as you don't have to deal with Patti, she is worthless.

I have been going to this bank for a long time, the last two times I was served by the same person 'Karla Martinez' and she was very rude to my husband and me from the first time, it was a really unpleasant experience.

If you are a business owner that is looking for a great bank you will find Chase to be the BEST!I walked into Chase at 4:30 without an appointment to finalize opening a Business Banking account and was greeted by a friendly associate who introduced me to Patti Terhune, Private Client Banker. Patti answered all my questions and provided information regarding perks for veteran-owned businesses. She assisted me until 5:30 which was past the bank's closing hours.If you need exemplary service from a bank that will provide you with a unique experience then I recommend Chase Bank.
