Nobody answered the service phone after I called three times and packages never get delivered just sent back. It doesn't matter if I put my PO box or my address it'll get sent back no matter what.

They’re lassy af, they don’t want to work, if you live in the area they force you to rent a P.O. Box for nothing really bc the issues won’t stop and your packages are returned anyway. If you don’t have a P.O. Box bet your package will be returned every time with this lassy, useless and stupid postal service office oh and also they close early that it’s say and open late too. 1 year living in here and 90% less mail and package, sometime even the bills don’t make it either LOL BUT NOT FUNNY

Understaffed and overworked. They don't even have enough funding to maintain the location. No street delivery, so everything has to be picked up at the post office. Not really a big deal except they lose a lot of stuff, send things back without telling you they arrived, say something is waiting for you when there isn't. Really just chaos very often. I worry every time something really important is on the way to me that it is going to get screwed up.

Staff is the worst, I don't know if they get underpaid or something, but they are 100% willing to not help. I'm new in the community, so I had no clue about it was a must to have a PO Box, because if no, you won't get your stuff. Besides, when talking to one of the staff members, she decided that was a good idea to use these words to let me know why I need a PO Box: "Since we don't have delivery services, we cannot know who Joe Gómez is", pointing me with her finger. Funny because I'm Mexican, so kind of racist too :)...

Post Office employee made up a story about my lost package. Said it was returned because UPS had covered my box number, they tried to peel it off to see which box I had, and so they sent it back because they couldn’t see it. The truth is it was lost in the post office, had been sent to the wrong box and I ended up getting it a week or so later. I was told it was the postmaster who did this, but I didn’t know the person who was helping me. However, being lied to is not good Customer service

I had just bought a house in Lake Arrowhead and was a little nervous on how to do things such as getting a mail box. I wish I could remember her name but she was so sweet and accommodating. She made sure I got a box that was easy for me to reach since I am a little older then most?

Im constantly getting packages at this post office the lines are usually pretty short except for the holidays. Craig and Jacki are the nicest employees other reviews mentioned Craig being rude but he's never once been rude to me he's always been helpful even when he has to go to the back to get my piles of packages. If he was rude it was probably from having to deal with peoples crap all day long that would get to anybody.

They don't deliver mail to our homes and used to compensate by having longer hours. They changed hours and open at 9am and close at 4:30pm Monday to Friday. The lobby used to be open longer to get mail after work from PO boxes but that is closed now until 6pm and mornings on Saturdays and completely closed Sunday. This is ridiculous when you have to work. They claim someone messed up the lobby, then get a guard! Rather than helping us they punish everyone. New staff of people are useless, overworked probably underpaid. Horrible experience when our little local post office used to be great. The slaughter of the US Post office continues thanks to Louis DeJoy.

I always have great, friendly and professional service here. Yes you might have to wait in line now and then but it always moves along. Thank you for always making my trips to the post office a pleasant experience!!!

I have never been treated more rudely then by the postal employees in Lake Arrowhead CA! They don't even have mail delivery in the town so you have to rent a POBox in order to get mail and heaven forbid you have to go to the service window - you get blown away with rudeness, apathy and incompetence.
