Very helpful and polite folks in the pharmacy. Disconnect between robotic answer to prescription readiness ? and pharmacist response. (Pharmacist accurate) Probably overworked and understaffed with long time getting prescriptions filled.

It’s always something with this pharmacy. And they take forever to resolve issues. Issues that are mainly created by their own systems or lack of efficient routines. This place seems constantly understaffed as well.

Walgreens located in Town Center the pharmacy department is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. Extremely slow with refills and attitude of staff INCLUDING pharmacists horrible.

Here on vacation. Couldn't obtain refills on my medications before coming due to a HURRICANE in Florida. I don't know anything about refilling medications in different states. I went to pharmacy to ask if obtaining refills was even possible. The prescription is 3 days past due due to hurricane, and yes it is a controlled substance for literal medical condition. I couldn't even finish my question before woman looked at my medication and said I can't get this for 3 weeks. I retried to ask my question about even being able to refill medications in CA and she pointed at script again and said 3 weeks.1. I feel judged2. Horrible customer service3. Learn to pick up your telephone- this could have been handled via phone but was placed on hold for 15 mins4. Could have referred me to pharmacy with medication in stock instead of refusing to answer a general question.

Horrible drive thru. No one comes to the window. Store doesn't answer if you ask for store manager. Prescriptions are lost and had to wait till they found them. This store's drive thru pharmacy is getting worst.

Technician Andrew here is the best! He helps me with my hard-to-find prescriptions, my immune issues which means I need home delivery? Andrew takes everything in stride, is super intelligent, very kind and compassionate, and just gets the job done. Very can-do attitude!

Forever on Lunch brake at 2pm on a Saturday. They should not even bother being open. It’s better to assume the Pharmacy is closed on weekends. So so sad. SMH. Just terrible..

The pharmacist and staff are amazing. I had gone to CVS initially to fill a prescription for my ailing mother and the woman there was horrible, said I would have to wait the next day even though my mother was in pain. I left CVS and went to Walgreens at 8:30pm in hopes I would receive better treatment and I did. Andrew called the skilled nursing facility my mother was released from that day to confirm the prescription as he was about to leave for the day. Andrew and the Pharmacist really went out of their way to ensure my mother would receive her medication so she wouldn’t be in pain. I’m so thankful to Andrew and the pharmacist at this Walgreens. I’ve since changed my mothers pharmacist to this Walgreens. Thank you Andrew and staff.

When trying to call the pharmacy to check on my prescription, the workers pickup the phone and immediately place you back on hold. They don't even bother to say anything before doing it. I am going to take my business elsewhere.

The pharmacy at this store is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I recently tried to call them and was on hold for more than an hour and a half with two hang ups. I went to the pharmacy in person and asked the tech about the long hold time. He responded, "We can't answer the phones."I am now attempting to transfer all of my prescriptions to Costco. I received a call from the Costco pharmacy complaining about the customer service...she said, "They were very rude to me."

Tried to call to cancel a Covid booster appointment. The email confirming my appointment was no longer displaying and showed an error message, so I wasn't certain of the best way to cancel. After being on hold for 15 minutes, I heard someone say a long "hello" before placing me back on hold. Five minutes later, I was hung up on. I really don't know how to cancel my appointment and feel frustrated.

My biggest complaint is no one in the pharmacy answers the phone. Very poor customer service. A reflection that the store manager does not care

Because of my wife's prescription plan through her job, we have no choice but to use this pharmacy. It is consistently the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had, each and every time I go to refill prescriptions. The order is never ready, despite being called in hours or a day in advance. The line is always 7-12 deep. They always seem to be out of stock and can't seem to get you your full order, asking you to come back in a few days to do it all over again, which is the last thing anyone wants to do is have to leave short filled and come back later to stand 30 minutes in line again. The staff is always courteous and well-meaning, I just think their system and process just needs a whole lot of work for the level of business they do.

FIRST--All Walgreen pharmacies are going to be slow. There is a high demand for Covid tests, Covid vaccines , flu shots, Shingles shots, then add on the multitude of prescriptions to fill. Most of the time the pharmacy associates stay 1 hour pass their closing time to get caught up on filling prescriptions. Thats what they do to help YOU. SO if your patience is slow on getting help, then apply for a job and give them a hand. SECOND---Walgreens is a DROP OFF/PICK UP Fedex location. That's just what it means, dropoff/pickup. Theyre not your Fedex dealer that you can bring in then they box it for you, wrap it for you, weigh it nor print out your mailing label. THIRD--it is company policy, not store policy to ask for ID when youre buying anything that requires it. There are cameras all over the store to make sure policy is followed. It doesnt matter if you look 15 or 115 years old, policy is policy and associates have been fired for not following the ID check. FORTH--If your credit/debit/foodstamp cards wont work, it is not the cashiers responsibility to make that phone call to your bank. Take control of your own finances. FIFTH-----STOP TALKING ON YOUR CELL PHONE WHEN YOU'RE AT THE REGISTER. Have some respect for cashiers and the people behind you

Everyone is really nice that works in the pharmacy or as cashiers. But the drive-through can easily take 20 minutes with only a couple cars in front of you. It's really unfortunate on how slow they are here.
