I will not be using this store again. I paid the higher price for overnight, morning delivery. $90 for a 1.02 lb package. Somehow they never shipped it out. When I called the next afternoon to see why the package was still at their store according to UPS tracking, they tried to tell me that I dropped it off too late. My receipt proved I dropped it off at 3:42 pm. The deadline for same day shipment is 5:30 pm. When I explained this to them, they were initially trying to argue with me about it, then conceded they dropped the ball and never shipped it. You're better off shipping from the UPS facility in Aliso Viejo if you have a time sensitive shipment.

Stay away! I came to the store because I needed overnight delivery of original docs because I was competing for a contract position. Four months later, the documents were never delivered, the store is blaming UPS and UPS is blaming the store. UPS says they are just a franchise with a business account and they are not a legitimate UPS branch so UPS can't help. the store keeps telling me that "UPS is researching the problem" which is bullshit because when I called UPS they told me no claim is in their system, and no one from UPS ever picked up the document. Further, the store said they filed a complaint with UPS and gave me a claim number. I called UPS directly with the claim number, and they said that it "was not a UPS claim number" total bullshit. Total shit show here. If you have important docs do not work through the store.

The dudes who run this store rule!I shipped four pieces of art (including a few paintings that were at least 50 years old), and the guys who helped me expertly packaged and shipped them to me in Vancouver. While the price was eye-wateringly expensive, I felt I got what I paid for. Everything was delivered to me safely and on time.

The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. Just recently I sent out a package by mistake and over the phone before UPS came to collect this package. The staff dug through all their boxes so I could recall the mistakenly sent package and pick it up later which I was very appreciative of.
