Service department was horrible. Could not give me a reason for the problem I was having with my truck. I was told to come pick it up, even though they could not tell me what went wrong and didn’t offer any further solutions. Will never go back.

It's not often that I feel that I have to leave a negative review.Tim Bright, the Service Director, does not honor his customers and provides sub-standard service in his GMC dealership at 28332 Camino Capistrano, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677.I filed a dispute with my credit card company over a returned wireless entry key fob because the dealership did not deliver the complete product or service. I received the fob alone, without the key, and without programming; I returned the fob and was told it was unreturnable because the original little plastic bag had been opened and therefore the fob wsa not re-sellable. According their response in writing to the credit card company, "We have no way of finding this purchase except that the amount of $XXX.XOXO is on their batch transmittal for MM/DD/YY." That should be sufficient record of the transaction on their behalf. They run their service department and parts department as separate entities and force the customer to communicate between the two despite the invoice number, date, amount, POS information, credit card number, merchant category code, as well as name and address of dealership appearing on the dispute communication paperwork.The dealership refused to provide a receipt for the returned fob. I would not recommend this Cadillac/GMC dealership. By behaving this way, they will definitely lose any of my future business in terms of any maintenance and future vehicle purchases. They should be ashamed of themselves!

Brien LoPresti, my service advisor, was awesome. My no. 4 cylinder went out on my way to work last week. Luckily I was near GMC of Laguna Niguel.I was able to get an appointment and Brian saw me.He got me in and got me a loaner car.It was determined that the intake valve for the no. 4 cylinder was .He contacted my newly acquired extended service company and received coverage for my engine issues.He and GMC of Laguna Niguel were a lifesaver.

Just bought a 2024 Sierra AT4. Made the extra drive to come here because they gave me the best deal around, hands down. Staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with. Tiffany was my salesperson and she was amazing. Dealership is immaculate. My truck was ready and waiting, washed and fueled up. Communication through the process was awesome. I highly recommend going through them if you can. No hidden last minute upsale or pressure at all. 100% straight forward from start to finish.

We took our 2021 GMC AT4 truck for 30,000 mile service. We believe they did the work… but between dropping off the truck and picking up, someone on their staff decided to rummage through our center consoles and take a lot of money out of our car. Yes, my fault for leaving money in the car. But I went out of my way to cover up the money with anything possible (bags, napkins, wipes). But they chose to rummage through my car and took over $150. We have not fully assessed what else could have been “lifted” from our car. But I have lost all respect and trust in this dealership. Who knows what else they did or didn’t do? Hard pass for me

The best car buying experience i have ever had. The staff is very friendly and redefines the car buying experience. They got me the deal i wanted and went above and beyond to make sure that i was taken car of. I would highly recommend Laguna Niguel GMC for your next purchase, you won't be disappointed.

Disappointed, I would have thought with a vehicle service tech would check and top up tire pressure, and I guess topping up the def fluid is not included?? I pay for a service and maintenance package that is not cheap and also accrues interest… cutting these corners makes me regret getting the service package.Given what was missed it doesn’t fill me with confidence that they other stuff was done correctly either

I had the most wonderful experience with Tiffany during the purchase of my Acadia. I knew based off of inventory they had what I wanted so I was able to call in and start the process. My car is lovely and Tiffany walked me through the entire set up for onstar, Bluetooth, and all media so I was driving off the lot without any further set up required. Great experience and great help from Tiffany!
