I was very impressed with Crown Valley Flooring. Excellent customer service and reasonable prices. The installers were so good. They arrived on time or early every day and worked hard the whole time. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to install flooring.

Amazing experience shopping for carpet at Crown Valley Flooring Carpet One Floor & Home. Rick and Karen are a fabulous team. Both go above and beyond to make sure they are directing you with the right product for your needs. They are true professionals and offer great advice. You can not go wrong ordering your flooring at this store. I will be back with my flooring needs in the future.

I am absolutely thrilled with my Crown Valley Flooring Carpet One experience. The staff and workman were exceptional, the carpet and laminate choices were outstanding. In my quest to find the perfect carpet and laminate flooring for my home, I had to look no further than Crown Valley Flooring. Together with the excellent customer service, I’m a customer for life!

I love my new bedroom floor and Crown Valley was so easy to work with. They showed up on time,completed the job and cleaned everything up at the end of the day. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

We took our time to decide the type of floor to purchase, and we were welcomed in the store, encouraged to look around, and ask any questions. We did receive valuable insight from both Rick & Karen.Soon after our initial visit to the store, we did go back and requested someone to come out to take floor measurements. The follow-up communication was very prompt to schedule the next step.We felt that all questions were answered promptly. Very friendly service from the store to the installers. I called Carpet One, they responded right away. I came down to the store same day. They set up an appointment for next day and I had my carpet install with no issues within the week. It looks great, and I'm happy with it. Definitely recommend them!

Crown valley flooring staff was very helpful in the selection of flooring and carpet and great to work with every step of the way including working around a crazy schedule. From selection to completion of installation everything went well. Installation took several days and each day was great to have the install team in our home. They actually made the process of removing old tile and carpet and installing new flooring stress free. Thank you to Jose and Kevin on the flooring and Arturo and team on the carpeting.

Rick and his team at Crown Valley Flooring are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and capable. We replaced carpet throughout our house with wood flooring this year after deliberating over the various options for over a year.He presented us with many great ideas and options. Never once did we feel like we were being "sold" or pressured to make a decision. In fact, after we made our selection, Rick found another product that he thought we might like better (better product, same cost) and presented it to us. He nailed it. The team that was onsite for the installation was on time, professional, courteous and exceptionally skilled. We had some tricky areas where they designed creative solutions. They are true craftsmen, and the finished product looks incredible.Their pricing was very competitive (we shopped around quite a bit) and, overall, the experience was very good. There were a few "surprises" during the installation process and the final cost was very close to the estimate. (It was discussed up front that there are sometimes additional costs for leveling the floors that cannot be anticipated until the carpet is removed.)Overall, we had an excellent experience, and we would recommend Rick and his team without hesitation. (Shout out to Karen, who was also very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process.)

If you want your flooring to be done right, then go to Crown Valley Flooring. Rick is quite knowledgeable and can anticipate problems with the flooring. But unlike several other flooring places, he has solutions, which are practical and sensible. His installers, and in particular, Robert is quite meticulous and prides himself on doing the job right. We had 2 problem areas, one was our stairs, and the other was a room which had leveling and moisture problems. They solved both the moisture and leveling problems, and the stairs were done with meticulous precision. We had old floor lights for the stairs, which they removed and installed new ones, added lights, and changed them to LED lights. They extended the step on the stairs which provided a little extra safety I would recommend them for your flooring job.

Arturo and his crew were thoughtful, courteous and asked for our input with carpet laying options to achieve our desired result. They also vacuumed the carpet and cleaned up as they finished. As they were leaving Arturo asked if they had replaced the furniture to our liking. Great job and the carpet looks super!

The service and installation was second to none. The installers were prompt and professional and Rick was especially a big help with picking out high quality carpeting and the exact color that fit our budget and needs! I highly recommend Crown Valley Flooring!
