I had my car fixed here after an accident. An employee made an appointment for me, and when I called, they had no record of my appointment, which resulted in the repairs being further delayed. Then, they didn’t fix all of the damage from the accident. When I spoke to one of the owners on the phone, she accused me of trying to defraud the insurance company. Did not have a good experience.

Have gone to Simon’s auto body shop 2 times . They provide excellent service and good communication. Recommend this place to anyone, well put business!

I just picked up my 2002 RX300. It needed some TLC and an Inner Tie Rod replaced. Geza, Christina (Owners), and Brian the mechanic went above and beyond helping me get her back on the road. Always a great caring, honest, and transparent place to take your car for any work. Brian is probably the most honest, truthful and conscientious mechanic you will find in 1000 miles from this location, he is truly old school and cares about his customers and his work. If you want it done right and don't want all the Shenanigan's Take it here, these people are "Real" and care about what they do, trust me you will never go anywhere else when you get your car back.Thank you Simons Auto Body.

Paid top dollar and when I wanted an update on why my car was taking six weeks to have a bumper and headlight replaced, I was the one with the issue not Simons Auto Body. They claimed it was “pandemic supply issues” when this repair happened Summer of 2023. Are all auto repair places full of liars and thieves?

Geza helped my family and I while we were visiting from Canada. The kindness and compassion he showed us when we visited his shop with car troubles was just so appreciated. He provided us with such honest service and spent his time walking us through our options. I would highly recommend this shop for any repair work you have because you will get honest service from hardworking people. Thank you again Geza and team!

This is prior to any work being done. So will update after it is completed. I have a brand new 2023 car that was unfortunately in an accident as of last Friday night. As you can imagine with any car is stressful but when you're dealing with a brand new car on top of it, it just adds and everything. From the moment I started speaking with Christina. She put my mind at ease not necessarily about the extent of the damage but just the process and the care that they take with each customer. She even said that I can send pictures for her to give me feedback before the car got to her. Everything about this place so far again nothing is actually happened yet, but if this is any inkling of the care that they have for their customers and their cars, I know that she is in good hands and yes, but I mean my car. Thank you Simmons auto body . I am hopeful this will continue to be a five star review.

Couldn’t say more or better about anyone, anywhere. My experience with Owner Geza was fantastic. He took care of all my needs at a great level of perfection and was always honest with everything. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience. Wish we can meet again but we won’t so goodbye. (I don’t have any after pics so this one’ll be picless.)

Dropped off a customer's card to this place and the attitude I got from the staff here was unacceptable but it wasn't my choice to go here as it was my customers so hopefully all goes well for the customer but I do kind of feel a little sorry for the people that have to deal with this

I have been using Simons Auto Body for years. All the little (and not so little) fender benders, dings and repairs.Then we used them for fleet repairs. They are professional and get the job done right. I highly recommend them.

I took my 2016 Chevy 1500 to Simon's auto body for a transmission replacement, and drive shaft carriage bearing repair. Christina was very friendly and very communicative about the status of my truck. I run a Christmas light business and this time of year we are slammed. They were able to get me back up and running in 5 days! WOW is all I can say. 10/10 would recommend Simon's Auto Body, and I will be using them in the future.Service: Transmission

Love this family owned business. Responsive and a brilliant mechanic!We have been dealing a with nightmare situation with our car, after weeks of trouble shooting instead of taking our money they recommended the best solution to address this situation. I appreciate honesty and integrity within a business environment.Also used them in the past for cosmetic repair when a tree fell on our car, AC repair on a SUV and guidance on parts for my Ford F-350 Dually. Was referred to Simon's Auto Body by my insurance company and could not be happier with my experience. Simon's appraised my car and finished a front end job in 5 days! Being as picky as I am with my car, I was blown away by the details the owner made sure were correct. Simon's did not cut corners with hood to fender gap that I was very concerned about post collision. Simon's worked directly with the local enterprise and the entire repair process was top notch.
