I felt comfortable when I met the staff of PCA. After I was engaged in a discussion with the doctor, and following my questions and her questions, I concluded that I got more than the answers and that the way I was treated is a true part of the remedy. Thanks to PCA and staff.

I was so amazed at how everyone treated me. The receptionists are super professional and helpful. The medical assistant was so caring and thorough. Then, Mimi, the nurse practitioner for Dr. Milan Patel was incredible. She went over and above the job to explain everything to me and even offer me suggestions on a current medical problem I'm having! Mimi is an angel on Earth!!

Mimi was very personable. Great eye contact very informative had my chart and referred back to it and talked about her consulting with Dr Drury and looking at my past. I mean I really appreciate that they come in prepared and having gathered data so I don’t have to repeat myself, or they ask questions that I just filled in on a four page Admissions paperwork I would see her again in a heartbeat

Mimi, the Nurse Practitioner I saw, was very lovely & definitely knew her stuff. I felt a bit rushed, but the entire office is so busy — apparently everyone has some cardiovascular issue(s)!
