What incredibly helpful people. I could not find a medication that had been prescribed for my wife, even after calling several local and chain pharmacies. Corretta at LHP spent an hour on the phone for me and tracked it down, finding another local pharmacy that had it in stock. Not many places will provide that kind of help.

This is a small pharmacy that pays great attention to their customers. Coretta and Anna are personable, friendly and attentive. I suffered a 'throat tickle' while in the pharmacy ( something we all shy away from during these days of Covid ) - I had to pardon myself and step out of the pharmacy to cough. Anna came out moments later with a bottle of water and reassuring words - both words and water at no charge I try to give small businesses an opportunity to survive in these difficult times, I'd recommend this pharmacy

Good location and parking, adjacent TraderJoe's. Good efficient service, not to mention this is where I got my hard to get J.& J. Vaccine shot.

This is one of those reviews that I would give ZERO STARS if it was possible. I ATTEMPTED to call Laguna Hills Pharmacy on 04/01/20. I started calling shortly after their 9am opening, all I received was a Busy Signal. At 10:42 I finally got a Ring Tone. After 10 rings, the line was answered with "Please Hold". After holding for 15 minutes, I was DISCONNECTED. I SEE A PATTERN HERE. I hope that they have a good business, because I will never do business with them ever. IF THEY WERE THE ONLY SUPPLIER OF A LIFE SAVING DRUG, I WOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT DEALING WITH LAGUNA HILLS PHARMACY.

Low prices and personal service We had been looking for an alternative to the production-line prescription sections of the area's large drug stores, and we found Dial Pharmacy on Yelp! some years ago. This year, after another unhappy experience with an overworked pharmacy employee, we had our prescription phoned in to Laguna Hills Pharmacy. Ms. Coretta in the pharmacy was extremely helpful. She had to order the medicine for delivery the next day, but it was significantly less expensive than at the other larger drug stores--plus the staff are delightful, and there was no waiting in line.

This used to be Dial Pharmacy. Several times when I try to get a prescription filled, I have to return the next day to get it as they have to "special order" things. Then I have to keep checking back with them. Also I've had to deal with travel meds having a too near an expiration date for my schedule.
