Im a licensed contractor and came here looking for a flexible 8 inch pipe for some ductwork. They refused to sell me a duct. Since apparently they need a hvac technician to sell you a 8ft pipe. I have never gone to any supplier who refused to sell such a trivial part.

Johnstone Supply is one of the best HVAC suppliers in town. People who left them one star review due to them not selling to public need to get educated. HVAC suppliers are only allowed to sell parts and equipment to contractors, who are licensed in the state of California. How can you be so ignorant and expect them to bend the rules for you, they will loose their license to sell if they do that. Customer service is awesome, they are quick to help and always friendly. I highly recommend them to other contractors.
