I was on the hunt for a particular wheel chair for my mother and needed it ASAP. I contacted DMES Medical supply and spoke with the owner Adrian. He went out of his way to help me get the item I wanted. Pricing was very fair and NO HASSEL to purchase. His staff in the Laguna Hills store...Robbie and Mohammed expedited the delivery to my home. I couldn't have asked for better service!

My dad suffered a massive stroke and we needed a chair lift put in for my parents stairs. This company was hands down amazing at getting one in. There prices beat other companies and the customer service was amazing! Anything you need I highly recommend them!

If I could give this wonderful store a hundred stars I would. I hobbled in on my hand me down crutches and asked the gentleman who greeted me for better crutches. I was almost in tears from the 30 foot "walk" from the car to the store. He looked at me and said "I would love to, but there is nothing wrong with the ones you have. They are just not properly adjusted". He then proceeded to spend a good 20 minutes with me making sure they were perfectly adjusted. I was a few days post surgery, in pain, and felt so disabled instead of enabled with my crutches that I was losing all hope. I asked him for his name, Stewart and asked him if I could give him a hug. I cannot thank you enough Stewart. You were so knowledgeable and kind. You went out of your way to spend time on someone in need, and wanted nothing for it. I hope your business does spectacularly well because it is phenomenal. Thank you for the hug too.
