After finding this company on Yelp I called and arranged to have Kelly come out to do an estimate for remodeling my kitchen. The experience was a complete disappointment; he stood me up for our first appointment, and then didn't return my calls until the following week. After wasting lots of my time and energy, Kelly finally came out and discussed the project with me. He promised to send me an estimate within a week, then did nothing for almost a month. When Kelly got around to sending me his estimate, the pricing was sky-high, and there was almost no detail about the work he proposed to do. At that point I gave up and found another contractor. Learn from my experience and take your business somewhere else!

Had a water leak in kitchen and bath...24/7 did a great job on remediation. Afterwards, we considered using Epic to totally remodel the kitchen but could not get them to give us an estimate. Call back and response time were very poor, so we gave up and just had Epic put the old parts back. Mostly, the kitchen restore was well done. However, these people are not good at tile work. Even after calling them back to fix gaps, they couldn't get it right.

If I could give Epic Interior & Construction 10 stars I would. The work speaks for itself but the experience is the best I've ever seen. Kelly (project manager) is honest, caring and goes WAY above & beyond the call of duty. Russell in the office always comes through and this team will not let you down. If you're reading this review I would give them a call right away.

Epic Interiors and 24/7 Restoration are 2 parts of the same company.6 years ago, we had Epic Interiors gut and re-design our 1200 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, including adding 220 square feet. This project came in on time and on budget. We were totally satisfied with the project. Nothing much we would have changed in the design.Now, 6 years later we had a slab leak (no fault of Epic, we did not re-plumb the house, our mistake). Based on past experience, we again called Epic Interiors this time the 24/7 Restoration side of the business. Prompt response and action. This slab leak was on the island, so it was rather complex. We decided to re-pipe the entire house as well as repair the slab leak damage. Again, this project was on time and on budget. In addition, they did everything possible to allow us to keep living in our house during this time. There are not many contractors out there that deliver quality products on time and on budget. These people do. Highly recommended.

Our church needed to remodel a nearly 60 year old kitchen and our Trustees, after much research and deliberation, chose Epic Interiors and Construction. It was the right decision. Travis, the owner, walked us through the process from beginning to end. This was not an easy job given the size, changing parameters, and number of people that needed to be pleased. Every promise was met and/or exceeded. The patience, honesty and skill of Travis and his team are exemplary. Epic came in on budget and well before deadline. We would use them again without hesitation and recommend them to anyone.

It has been almost a year since Epic Interiors remodeled our bathrooms, and we still couldn't be happier with the remodel experience and the finished product. Travis and Mike and every single person involved with the remodel were great to work with. After interviewing multiple contractors, Travis's ideas and attention to detail helped us decide to hire him for our project. We appreciated everything in writing and knowing exactly what was happening and how long it would take. The bathrooms were completed in the timeframe quoted and the quality is amazing. We love our new bathroom cabinets and are happy we decided to replace the old cabinets. From the beginning to the end every person involved in our project provided quality work, finished on time, and were happy to answer any questions we had along the way. I have recommended Epic Interiors to friends, and I know they have also been happy with their experience and finished remodel. Travis and Epic Interiors is the only contractor I would ever recommend! Thank you for making our bathrooms beautiful!

We had the opportunity to work with Travis and his crew during a remodel/refresh of our 20 year old home. Every aspect of our project was handled professionally and with expertise. The on-site crews overseen by Mike were outstanding, clean and organized. We are so happy with the results of our remodel and are enjoying our "new" home. After some minor water damage in my kitchen, I made the decision to remodel the space now rather than waiting two years like I originally planned. I did a great deal of research on designers, general contractors, kitchen & bathroom remodelers, etc., and I asked friends, relatives and neighbors for referrals as well. After several visits to big box retailers, cabinet dealers, designer showrooms and setting up several in-house consultations, I secured six (6) estimates to compare. My decision to hire Travis, Mike and "Team Epic" as I call them was based on the quality of their work, their professionalism & integrity, and their understanding of (and respect for) my wants, needs, priorities, concerns and personal style. Their creative ideas, recommendations, practical options and pros & cons for each major decision were invaluable throughout the process. I was thrilled with the end results and I love my new "open" kitchen! Not only does the style, look & feel tie in beautifully with the rooms & space adjacent to the kitchen, but the kitchen now provides a welcoming and inclusive vibe. Travis, Mike and their team (Jose, Victor, Marcos, Ivan, Joe) were wonderful to work with, and I will definitely hire them to remodel my master bathroom for my next big project!

We wanted an “open concept†without adding to the footprint of the house. A wall was removed between the dining room and kitchen; and the kitchen was moved, yes moved, to where the family room once was. It wasn't just a simple remodel to update the rooms. It was an out-of-the-box, creative design, that specifically met our family's needs. Epic estimated 3 months for construction (everyone else estimated 5 -6 months). Our project was completed within 3 months! They were very professional to work with. Their initial quote, as well as add-on expenses, were fair and competitive.There were no surprises when we finalized the bill. Epic made it possible for us to stay in our home during the remodel, and took extra care for our indoor cat. The site was extremely clean everyday and our neighbors appreciated how respectful and professional the entire crew was. Travis Bowen knows his stuff and he has built as exceptional company with Epic Interiors & Construction. Every crew member, sub-contractor, and laborer who came into our home were professional, highly skilled, and a pleasure to work with. What sets Epic apart from others is that every person on the job takes pride in their craftsmanship. Mike was our project manager and he was unbelievable! His attention to detail, daily communication, craftsmanship and professionalism is second to none. Our project had its share of hurdles along the way but they were never problems according to Mike; instead they were "opportunities to problem solve"! You gotta love that positive mind-set! I am pleased to share that every hurdle was addressed and all problems were solved, thanks to Michael. If you hire Epic and Mike is assigned to your project you just won the lottery! Junior (also known as Jose) was responsible for our new drywall finish, ceilings, paint, and many other important parts of our remodel. He did an amazing job - our skip trowel finish is the best I've ever seen! He is an exceptional craftsman, installing our pocket door and exterior door locks with extreme precision. Don, the electrician, was also a problem solver. We had a few challenges with outdoor speakers, indoor speakers, and all the other high-end appliances we installed in a 40+ year old track home, but he never gave up. He responded to every question and request we had. We were out of town while the plumbers were here but our neighbors had high praise for their professionalism and cleanliness. They ended up re-plumbing the entire house and provided new plumbing for the Meile steam/combi oven in our new kitchen island. It was an extravagance but something I really wanted, as a seasoned home-cook. It's exactly what I wanted and I enjoy using it on a daily basis. We couldn't be happier with our remodel and the entire construction experience with Epic. Travis, Mike, Junior, Don; they all went above and beyond. Travis spent time helping us with things beyond the construction. He sent us links to bathroom vanities from Houzz, provided samples of flooring, and even gave us suggestions for furniture. His recommendations were always right on. Michael is like the gift that keeps on giving. His pride in a job completed well is second to known, and his drive for customer satisfaction is comparable to Nordstrom. We are looking forward to remodel part 2

I'm disappointed. After seeing good reviews and reviewing their website, I had Epic out to discuss some repair & remodeling work. In a rather cursory visit, they took measurements and said they'd follow-up in a week with an estimate. 2+ weeks later I called back and again was told they'd get back to me within a few days. That was more than 2 weeks ago, and I never heard back. I don't need to do business with a company that can't or won't follow through.

We did a whole house remodel with Travis Bowen and crew of Epic Interiors in 2017. Transforming a 3800 sq foot two story home built in 1976 with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths into an essentially a brand new home with 5 bedrooms, 5 baths. From the moment we met with Travis and his team, we felt we were in good hands understanding the scope of the work and transforming our ideas into a completed home.
