I recently spent a week at The Pearl Laguna. I was blown away. It went way beyond my expectations. The food was superb, the staff was exceptional. My every need was met and then some. I was totally pampered.They also challenged my fitness level but I saw amazing results. The guides were very accommodating. They tailored my hikes to my limited ability and skill, but they wouldn’t let me opt out. To my surprise, I could do it! And felt better for it.Same with yoga. It was new to me, but the instructors were extremely patient.Maybe it was the combination of massages, hot tubs and saunas, but I was never sore or achy. Or perhaps I can attribute it to the pampering I got while I was there.The whole atmosphere was one of warmth, welcome and serenity. There were fresh flowers everywhere. No detail was missed. From the cucumber slices for your eyes as you had a sauna to the beautiful way the table was set for your meals.I feel stronger both physically and emotionally since my time at the Pearl. I left feeling calm and peaceful and that feeling has lasted. I would not hesitate to go back.Thank you Katresha and Geo and your truly exceptional staff for a marvelous retreat.Food & drinks: The food was outstanding as well as beautiful to look at. Great presentation.

And unbelievable experience. Great for the mind body and soul. Yoga, hiking, and a beautiful, almost vegan diet. all of this is accomplished with great thoughtfulness and style. Healthy and chic… What a fabulous combination.Rooms: Organic cotton sheeting on specially made mattresses that don’t contain any polyurethane, etc. Fresh flowers in my room upon arrival and even a patio with a view.

I just returned from my third visit to The Pearl and am grateful to Geo, Katresha and the entire staff for my transformative week.What a week: great hiking, power and restorative yoga, daily massages, delicious organic food and drinks, and the time to reflect and reset one’s mind, spirit and body.I left The Pearl not only mentally rejuvenated but physically much stronger and on a true high from the positive energy of everyone I met.

Yoga with Geo and Katresha would be enough to bring me to the Pearl. The yoga practice is mine to take with me wherever I go, and the confidence that I can heal and strengthen my body is priceless. Thank you both for an amazing week of hiking, yoga, yummy organic food, and so much more. It was the reset and the re-centering I so needed. Thank you to all for the most amazing energy and the transformative wellness program I have ever experienced!

The Pearl is a truly magical place. After multiple joint replacements, the staff at the Pearl helped me recover and rebuild. I felt stronger than ever after one week. Geo and Katresha took great care of me and all their guests.Rooms: Perfectly comfortable.Food & drinks: The food was spectacular! Delicious and healthy.

I recently returned from an amazing week at The Pearl. As a Yoga Instructor it was the perfect place to deepen my practice, reset my body, and indulge in uninterrupted self care. It was truly a pleasure to meet and spend time with Geo and Katresha. The wisdom and knowledge they shared created a shift for me in my eating habits, Yoga practice, and outlook on life. I highly recommend The Pearl.

Katresha and Geo are a real dream team. Just finished a week of yoga, cleansing and hiking with them. The results are incredible. I’m 54, 187 cm and started with 94 kg; lost 6 kilos and altogether 50cm girth measured at the certain locations. Feel at least ten years younger…

I love the Pearl! The leaders (a couple named Geo and Katresha) are absolutely divine and I learned some lessons at 25 years old that will stay with me for the rest of my life. Geo and Katresha preach body nourishment in a way that is inspiring and can set the tone for how you want to live daily. Not only was I educated about healthy eating, but learned both through yoga and talks with Katresha/Geo about how I can work to live a more fulfilling life. I was not going with the intention of weight loss and instead of practicing mindfulness and peace, which is what I achieved. I was also able to meet other amazing individuals to whom you get close in the transformation. I cannot recommend this experience enough!

What an incredible experience! I booked this retreat with my mom to help detox and reset after a year in lockdown and it surpassed every expectation I had! The staff is incredibly attentive, nurturing and knowledgeable when it comes to health and wellness. The hikes are beautiful and really make you feel accomplished by the end of the week. The food is delicious and prepared with an incredible amount of love and care with the freshest ingredients. Everything from the yoga classes to the massages to the evening talks really create the perfect week to help reset your body and mind. In just one week, I felt like a different person, both mentally and physically. I cannot say enough good things about the experience and will definitely be returning!

A pearl, indeed. In February 2021, I spent a week at The Pearl and left feeling wholly transformed. After a year of pandemic/quarantine, I needed a full reset. I got so much more. Hilariously, I had zero knowledge of The Pearl before my visit. I did a single Google search for the best destination spa and The Pearl was #1 on Travel & Leisure’s list and in Laguna Beach, CA -- less than 10 minutes from me…How had I never heard of it?!? I’ve done countless yoga retreats but had hiked about two total miles in my entire life; my experience with a “cleanse” started and ended with juice from Nekter.To say The Pearl is next-level is an understatement. I don’t want to give away all the magic, but I will tell you that by the end of the week, I felt stronger and clearer than ever before. My body did more – I did more – than I ever thought possible. I left happier, fitter and more centered than I’ve been in years. Yoga, hiking, Pilates, spa, massage, meditation, repeat. Every day, for an entire week.And the food. My God, the food. Michelin-star worthy vegetarian masterpieces 3x day. I want to go back for the food. And the hiking and yoga and massage. But mostly, the food. Thank you, Katrisha and Geo, for creating this truly transformational experience. I will be back!
