Fairytale Flowers Inc/ Botanical Collective or something the owners name is Sara Fabrizio. Hi I just want to warn other senior parents with graduation season right around the corner. I ordered lei's for my daughter's senior night for $200 and this is was what I received. Not only was this not what i ordered, I could not use these as they had blue splatter dye on them and would have gotten all over their basketball uniforms. Every year the seniors receive roses but since it was my daughter's senior year, I wanted to do something special and surprise them with these leis. I was super bummed when this is what I received. Since I couldn't use these and only had 1 hour until the event, I had to buy flower bouquets from Ralph's so that the girls would have flowers. I did confirm the order, I have record of our whole conversation and agreement. She has ignored all my calls and texts and I left voice-mails since the delivery.

I actually found this flower shop in one of our local groups I'm not sure if it was this group or Laguna Niguel Moms? No, I like the people over at Black Iris. Been going there for several hours years and their so nice without issues and attitude. Loved our wedding bouquets for our nuptials from Black Iris last spring!! Fairytale just had an attitude. Heard they changed their name (you get woman owner) to Botanical Collective or? Thanks but no thanks. The flowers died pretty fast.

My order was never delivered! I ordered a bouquet for next day delivery for a friend's birthday. The friend had still not received the flowers two days later, so I called to inquire as to what had happened. I was sent straight to voicemail, so I left a polite message asking for a call back to discuss my order. A week went by and I never received correspondence, so I called back and was sent to voicemail yet again. After nearly three weeks of calling, I Facebook messaged, texted, and called another number I found for the company, STILL to no avail. My friend never received the flowers and I had to cancel the charge on my card. Extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service and livid at the fact that I never received so much as a call back about my order. Absolutely horrible experience, will never be using their services again.

This place is out of business. We were selling greeting cards in this shop before it closed. She owes us over $300 and the rest of our cards. We have tried contacting them for three months by phone, email and text. Totally ignoring us. Another vendor said she didn’t pay her either but she was lucky and got some of her merchandise back. Who knows how many other vendors they owe money to.

They closed their store. We sold greeting cards at the store and she owes us over $300 and We never got back the rest of our cards. I am sure other vendors are in the same boat. We have called, emailed and texted and no response. Totally ignoring us. I wouldn't trust my business to them.

They took my money but did not deliver the orchids. They will not return my calls. Don't waste your time with this florist that takes your money but doesn't fulfill the order.

Ordered flowers for delivery and they never showed! No email, no update , no phone call!I gave it a couple days to see if they ended up delivering late.. NOPE!

Horrible. Worst flower shop to exist. I call to order flowers for my moms birthday and I asked if I can get something nice for $100. The girl on the phone ensured me I will get beautiful flowers with a vase. I also asked for a small box of chocolates... gave her my card over the phone and she said she'll charge me. The next day I look at card charge and I was charged just under $140. The chocolates were all white (expired looking chocolates) and the flowers are the most hideous flowers I've ever seen in my life. I'm not a florist but I'm sure I can make it look better than what they sent. I'm sure my 6 month old son can make a nicer looking bouquet of flowers than this place. Its complete embarrassment for anyone in this shop to call themselves florists.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for same day delivery. The flowers never arrived, I tried to call numerous times to sort out the delivery—however they never returned my calls. I’m so disappointed because I’ve ordered from this shop before and have had beautiful bouquets. But I would not order from this floral shop again.

BEWARE!!!! They are out of business yet still collecting payments on-line. I ordered flowers from here for my friends birthday the next day. The order was processed on-line and with delivery arranged very near to this florist. The next day my friend never received any flowers, nor did anyone contact her. She never got her flowers on the day that it mattered. I trusted this business and the reviews but in the end, this place failed me terribly. I've called them over 12 times and emailed them twice and have not received a single call back nor have they answered their phone a single time. Unacceptable! Being in LA and not close to this florist, Im unable to drive to Laguna to get a refund or my flowers so I have to send my friend the receipt so that she can collect her flowers. What an inconvenience, embarrassment and let down. If its a special occasion, I'd be cautious to trust this place.

The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. The arrangement was better than the picture. I will definitely be ordering from them again! The shop is super cute too.

So not only does this shop have some really cute gifts, but the customer service is amazing! I requested a couple last minute customized gifts and Sara had it ready for me the same day. She was also so patient and understanding with me while I was shopping with my toddler. I will definitely be back. Thank you for such wonderful customer service

Sara provides beautiful floral arrangements for all occasions. I've ordered a beautiful arrangement in a pumpkin this past October and most recently in February. The flowers last and the prices are reasonable and they deliver.
