I ordered the Chelsea Rose floral arrangement for my mother in law and she couldn't have been more happier with how stunning the arrangement came out! Suzen is an incredibly talented florist and one of the nicest woman I've ever spoken to. I will definitely be back in the future!

I had the pleasure of meeting Suzen today. Her flower shop is so whimsical. The second I stepped in there was this peacefully bliss feeling. I loved the twinkling candlelight's above the fireplace! So charming. Suzen, Thank you for my flowers. It's been a tough week and you really made my day. Thanks for putting a smile on my face. I will be back!

I was in dire need of a flower arrangement for my anniversary. I spoke with the owner Suzen? Susan sp? she gave me all kinds of options for a bouquet that was within my budget. Her shop is very cute with knick-knacks you can purchase. She was professional and you could tell she cares about her craft and her employees. The arrangement was beautiful!! My go floral shop for Laguna. Plus your only 3 steps away from the beach!

The worst florist I have ever walked into in my entire life. I have never experienced such horrible service and such a bad energy walking into what should be a happy place surrounded by flowers (even though theirs were half dead)

Simply the best. Called and left a VM. Christina quickly called back, had a short discussion, and then sent a text to her with delivery details to two locations. Both recipients loved the arrangements -- one even said it was the best she had ever received and sent me photos. The flower selection and arrangement were terrific. My go-to floral shop in Laguna Beach -- forever!

Suzen did a beautiful job interpreting my vision of my bridal bouquet! It was perfect and she was able to work within my budget. Suzen was so personable and friendly throughout the entire experience. We spent some time talking on the phone and texting inspiration photos back and forth. I hope to work with her again in the future! It was a sincere pleasure and her lovely creation will be enjoyed forever in our wedding photos! Thank you, Suzen!

Very frustrated with my experience. I ordered my flowers for prom a week prior and the lady - I believe the owner - was extremely friendly and nice that day. She had told me to come back the day of prom at 11am. I show up at 11 the day of and she has an attitude with me saying she didn't tell me 11 and that I should come back at 1 so she's not rushed. I return at 1 and wait an hour for my flowers when people who had come in after me were getting their flowers and waited max 10 minutes. I finally get my flowers and it was not what I had ordered and she gives me an attitude about remaking what I had actually ordered. When I had ordered them originally, she showed me pictures of what I wanted and I spent $75 and what I received was nothing close to what the picture looked like. I work in customer service and completely understand working under high stress business levels but this is no excuse for an attitude, poor customer service, poor quality, and not getting what you paid for. It's not like they were understaffed either, they had over 4 ladies working in the back making flowers. So many other florists in town, don't bother wasting your time and money.

I ordered a floral wreath for my Dad's funeral at the Veteran's cemetery and requested a patriotic arrangement. It took my breath away when I picked it up! It was absolutely stunning with roses, blue hydrangeas and white flowers. The owner insisted on storing it for me in the refrigerator until the day of the funeral and opened the store early for me to pick it up. It surpassed my wildest expectations for gorgeous flowers and even my brothers commented on how beautiful the wreath was. It made the ceremony and casket special and I can't thank the owner enough for her love and care in ensuring that it was fresh and beautiful. I highly highly recommend this flower shop and will use them again. What great customer service!!
