I was sent a huge, beautiful Christmas arrangement for Christmas. With in one and a half days the hydrangea was wilted. I called them and was told to take it out and trim the end and it would be revived. No that didn't happen and within 4 days most of the flowers were wilted. As expensive as this place is, they should have lasted longer than this. I am extremely disappointed in their work.

OUTSTANDING customer serviceI would definitely recommend The Black Iris. After having the wrong address on my flower delivery, the delivery driver who ran into the tenant , not the homeowner ( whom the flowers were for) went above and beyond to get the " absolutely stunning roses and arrangement" to the correct person, even across town.

I called and spoke with Molly and she did such an amazing job coordinating over the phone for an arrangement to be sent for a friend who had just lost a loved one. Molly was so sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable and the beautiful arrangement was delivered same day. They definitely know what they’re doing at Black Iris!

Just no. I went to the shop weeks ahead of our occasion to order a special arrangement that was roses and orchids heavy. What I picked up today was a seriously ordinary arrangement that was hydrangea heavy and my "orchids" were 2 orchid head blooms in water picks tucked in between the wilting hydrangeas. This was not the special arrangement I had ordered or imagined for our 20th wedding anniversary, such a huge disappointment! I could have (and will in the future), gotten better florals from my florist at Bristol Farms. The shop is not what it used to be (unique, creative, inventive..), and I have been a patron off and on for over 30 years. I will not be any longer.

Great flowers always done well. If you want something lovely and a bit different, this is my go to. For so many years this place has provided excellent arrangements that always impress. You can't go wrong ordering from here.

I have been receiving and sending flowers from here for the past 20 years and have always been happy with my arrangements. The staff is always happy to work with my budget and what I am looking for. This is a pricey florist but the arrangements put together for me are always jaw dropping. I have never spent less than $200 for an arrangement and my husband has never spent less then $300. FYI- I have always called in my order and never placed an order online.
