This location is great! Ramin, Sara,asieh went above and beyond /thank you so much for fitting my wife and I in with our 11 month old child ( without an appointment) we couldn’t have asked for a better experience/ assistance with our banking and we will be coming to this location from here on out.

The employee who helped me was very friendly. However I felt bad that they only had one teller at the counter with about 10 people on line. Eventually someone else came over. Clean, quiet, no complaints.

This Bank of America is great! It's newly remodeled at the environment is very comfortable and clean. The customer service is great and helped me with my transaction very quickly. It's in a great location in downtown Laguna Beach and it is easy to get to!
