“The manager of this AT&T authorized retailer store, Alex, is incredible. I had a complex billing issue related to my switching my cell phone account from personal to corporate and back to personal (all with AT&T) only to leave and take my number to Verizon. Even though I no longer am an AT&T customer, he went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue, which included making a couple calls to corporate, and I left having my issue fully and fairly resolved. He made the choice to help me when he didn't have to, since this isn't a corporate store, and I can't speak highly enough of Alex's professionalism and kind heart. This experience has me second guessing my decision to switch to Verizon!”
“Robert was awesome he went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with an activated phone after spending 3 hours texting att customer service app people . I was frustrated and annoyed getting no where with their chat representative. If Robert would not have asked me if I had signed in. My wait would have been a few hours.
ATT needs more people like Robert.. He's very professional, polite, and prompt making sure his customers are not waiting to be helped a long time. There were 4 other employees that were on the same shift 2 of the girls were either new or just didn’t care about their job. Anyhow, I appreciate your help Robert!!!

“I switched back to Verizon yesterday after being with AT&T for a little over a year. AT&T was a horrible experience from start to finish. Will never do that again. Augustine at the Verizon store was a dream come true he made the transition very easy even though it took two days to accomplish. AT&T made it very difficult. Augustine even set up my Verizon app on my phone. That was lovely. We also switched over our Internet off of AT&T to Verizon. This will be a new experience for us. I look forward to it. No more AT&T complications, drop calls, TV going out on a regular basis.”

“Ordering my iPhone 15 Pro Max White was a big pain. I had originally ordered same day pickup at the Danville Location and ended up canceling my order due to the bad customer service i had gotten from the danville site. I had eventually reordered the iPhone and ordered same day pickup at the concord/sunvalley mall location. I had waited the whole day with both call or email. So i waited another day and decided to go in person and was warmly welcomed by Roger. Roger was a blast! He helped me get my iPhone that same day. Had a great time and was taken care of. I wish him the absolute best for his service he provided. Loyalty and honesty are NOT the same thing but you earn loyalty WiTH honesty.Ira solved my cell issues and worked with me, patient with me for a few hours. This experience far exceeded any prior.We had genuine conversation and instead of simply trying to make a sale he just DID his job! It's a DoG eat DoG world out there and most people will do anything to sell you crap u don't need but he didn't even try that with me. We both understood at that another location the man wanted to make a sale and did me wrong as a customer. ( my words not his ) but I will never go back to the Lafayette location as I know some of the employees now are not genuinely trying to take care of a customer and have them coming back they are trying to get a quick buck. “This is an AT&T store where we received the best customer support ever. The credit should go to Mario. Hope there is only one Mario. We needed a new phone and my husband's iPhone was so old that there were several complications. It took forever to transfer data from his old phone to a new phone. We were there for more than three hours (painful long) but Mario was patient and kind to help us. While he was helping us, he continued to answers the questions from his colleague about other customers. There were several times a rush of customers coming in to the store, yet he stayed calm and attentive to ever in the store. Thank you, Mario!!!”

The line was out the door, and of course I was in a rush to attend a class. I asked the customers in front of me to hold my place in line, and shopped Nextdoor. When I came back, I was next in line. Cynthia is an amazingly patient employee with incredible ability to multi-task. She was all alone working the crowd. Once I reached my place at the counter, she happily worked on my phone along with TWO other phones simultaneously. Cynthia goes above and beyond her responsibilities.
