His vast knowledge of the mortgage business, in ALL 50 STATES, made him an easy choice, especially since every bit of the process is done online these days: Yes, Jerry is located in California, and I am in Northern Idaho! All phone calls, texts and emails were placed direct to Jerry, and answered immediately, 100% of the time. I have purchased dozens of homes in different states, and no past experience compares. Jerry and his team are in a league of their own, and I highly recommend him, no matter what state you live in.

Jerry is an absolute pro and goes above and beyond long after your mortgage closes. We worked with Jerry in 2020 and had a fantastic experience. He was super helpful answering all of our questions, he got back to us quickly and was generous with his time. We were almost 50 years old, and buying our FIRST house ( condo ), and we had other loan officers tell us that they couldn't get us a loan, because of my husband being self-employed. We had excellent credit scores, and we were bringing in a lot of money each month, but nobody could find us a loan. So, it was looking like we'd never own a home, and we'd always be under the thumb of greedy landlords.Then someone referred us to Jerry Siegal.Jerry was respectful, right from day one, unlike the other loan officers that we dealt with. He was relentlessly determined to find us a loan. He taught us that we needed to auto-save x amount of money each month, to show that we had x amount of extra money each month, to prove that we were capable of making a mortgage payment each month. So, we auto-saved x amount, for 5 months, in to our savings account. Meanwhile, because I had not been employed at my job for 2 years yet, this extra 5 months built up some time toward the 2 years that is usually required before you can get a home loan. At the end of the 5 months, we now had saved enough for our down payment, while also showing that we were capable of making the loan payment each month. This was the key to getting our loan. Why didn't any other loan officers give us this advice. It would have been easy for them to give us this advice, yet it was a total mystery, to us, as to the reason that we couldn't get a loan.Jerry found a loan for us, and he even found us a good rate. We learned so much from him. He walked us through the paperwork, and e-signing process, every step of the way. He never ran out of patience with our endless, rookie questions. We have since sold our condo, and now live in a home. Jerry told us that someday we would live in a home, and we didn't believe him, because it seemed too good to be true that we could someday escape the renting cycle.We would not be able to buy our current home, had we not built up the equity that was in our condo. We would not have built up the equity in that condo, without Jerry taking a chance on us. Jerry is a great guy, has great stories, loves his family, and also writes a really cool mortgage newsletter, and is always eager to teach people what he knows about his vast mortgage loan experience. We are so lucky to have met Jerry. Without him, we'd still be in the bad spot that we were in, renting, in a bad situation, with 2 young kids and an old dog.Jerry has decades of experience, and if you need someone reliable to find you a loan, we highly recommend him. Five stars for sure !
