She had been using the Rossmoor branch that closed, so I went to this branch to deal with the stuff around her death and estate.They were super helpful, did all the necessary paperwork relating to my mother's accounts, and gave me advice that proved to be quite useful. I was very happy with the customer service, and plan to keep doing business with them.”

“I've not always had great experiences at Chase Branches but how refreshing it was to have such a fantastic one with Stacy at The Lafayette Branch. She was helpful in answering my questions, very friendly and sweet. I actually commented on my way out that she should tell the manager she deserves a raise! She laughed and said I am the manager! “I had great service at this branch. I walked in to deal with some things on my late brother's account, and they were able to get me in with someone quickly, despite the fact that i didn't have an appointment. Everything was handled quickly and correctly. Didn't see a long line at the teller window either. The Moraga branch has really limited hours right now and the Orinda branch is still closed (except for the ATM), so this branch might be busier than people are used to. But I would highly recommend based on my experience today.”
