I have a bit of a phobia about getting my blood drawn from several bad experiences. Erica was Marvelous!! She is excellent at what she does and the draw was peaceful and painless. She is also a wonderful person. I am very thankful to have found her!!

Chris, who is usually in Temecula, was my phlebotomist and I can’t say enough nice things about him. Besides being so kind and efficient, he did the best blood draw I’ve ever experienced and I have a lot of blood draws!

WestPac was quick to squeeze me in for an appointment after my doctor's office "lost" two key blood tests I needed for surgery. Luis went above and beyond to get me the test results ASAP, calling me with all the updates. Thank you Luis; you give me faith that there are still plenty of folks in the medical field who are here 100 percent for the patients.

I have visited this lab twice now, and had blood drawn by Luis. It was such a calm experience. The office is clean and professional. Luis is very gentle in the way he uses needles. I had a bad experience at another lab, and opted not to get remaining blood work from them. The difference was night and day when Luis finished my blood work for me. I had no pain or bruising, and I can't even see a needle mark hours later. He is very precise and knowledgeable. He knew that being petite, I needed a certain size needle because a large needle would cause bleeding. I've always been a baby about needles but Luis had a way of making it seem like no big deal. He kept me talking to distract me. I feel like taking blood from a person can be a really sensitive moment for some people. The other lab I previously visited, was very rushed, corporate, and on a time clock. I was injured as a result of their chaotic assembly line routine. This place was so much better. It felt calm and relaxed. Nobody was rushing me, making me bleed, or running around dropping things. I was seen within 2 minutes of arriving. I waited almost 2 hours at the previous lab I visited. I feel many of the people waiting with me at that lab, would have felt much more comfortable waiting at this one, and would have been seen quickly. I would definitely suggest seeing Luis for bloodwork. It's a completely more upscale feeling experience.
