I have been to this store twice and called once. I went because it sells Benjamin Moore paint. I bought some custom color quarts the first time I went. I called a couple of years later asking if they would re-shake one of the cans that I had not used. The paint had thickened significantly and separated with clear liquid on top. The stirring couldn't properly mix the paint. When I went to the store the 2nd time asking them to put the can in their mixer there was no one in the store and one clerk working. He took the can and opened it up to look at it. Then he put the lid on and shook it about three times by hand. He then took the lid off and stirred it a couple of times and declared it fixed. This is ridiculous. I have a lot of experience with paint. There is no way paint could be thoroughly mixed when the paint had separated and thickened over a couple of years it was dormant. He had no intention of helping me by simply putting a can in a machine and running it. I have never received such terrible customer service from anywhere ever. I wonder how the brands with their names associated with this store feel about the customer service provided. I will never return to this store. I would rate it a zero if possible.

Why dont you just change your hours if you continually close early. Annoying trying to get through traffic only to have you close early, again.

I went in this morning and the seller was really rude and unprofessional. Seemed like he didn't want to work whatsoever. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but that's not the way to sell your products. The store itself if small with limited selection. Surely would never be back.

The clerk at the counter is incredibly considerate and knowledgeable about paint (he's also pretty dang cute). He took the time to make me 9 different samples! And no, samples aren't free - if I wanted that, I would go to (b)Lowe's. Best paint and best service around. They have a lifetime customer for the amazing service and paint from me!(And if you have immune-compromised individuals living in your home, best to not blame ANY business for your risk of going in public...to get paint....cause that's definitely an emergency....)

If you’re concerned about your COVID safety, avoid this business. I went in yesterday and the clerk behind the counter refused to wear a mask when I asked. While he was polite, very helpful and listened when I explained I lived with two immune compromised family members, wearing a mask to protect customers was not a safety measure he was willing to take.

This guy disgusts me. We went in the store, the kid had no mask on. I asked if there was a reason and he said we didnt need to wear a mask in his store and we didnt need to shop there. My wife is recovering from cancer so we try to be careful. So disrespectful and so arrogant. I'm embarrased for his leaders.

Went in for a quart of Benjamin Moore to match a patch and repair, a white off the shelf, the young man stated to make it match an additional mixing was necessary to match, I was apprehensive but o.k., as the existing was 2 years old, prepped and painted and flawless, impressive,, bet I found my store
