So disappointed with this place. Found a car that I wanted but their sales people kept jacking me around. They agreed with the price but wanted to keep adding more charges on top of price. My father has bought 2 Nissan from them. Still they jacked me around. I was going to pay cash, straight up, but they obviously didn't want to sell this car. Toyota, Hyundai, Honda and Ford were easier to deal with. They didn't pressure you at all. I haven't found what I want yet. I am hopeful that I will find my new vehicle. Wish me luck.

I love Torre Nissan. They treat their customers like no other dealership does. Alex in service takes such good care and never takes advantage or try to cheat me because I'm a woman. Total opposite. That's important as a single lady. They even sold and installed a battery at a better price than Costco with a longer warranty. I totally trust in them.

Let me start by saying that Sem in the service dept went above and beyond!!!I Cannot say enough about his professionalismI initially went to the service dept to fix a few problems with the suspension of my vehicle and the a/c, upon further review it would need freeon and some belts, I had taken my vehicle in believing that my "Extended warranty" that I purchased with the vehicle would cover it, supposedly it covered until 100,000 miles, which I was still under. To our surprise(mine and Sem) it did not cover anything, not only was it not going to cover but it had ended 2 yrs prior, due to this misunderstanding I went to speak with the finance dept where I was informed there was nothing to be done, It was suggested I speak with the Service Dept Manager which I did, I was assured they would help me out, And wow did they help, They decided to cover everything that the extended warranty was to cover, AND as to the other parts and labor I would receive a lower price!! There was a misunderstanding as to what work would be done but this also was smoothed over in a professional manner. I am truly appreciative that they helped as much as they did, my car works better than ever! I will continue to go and do any and all of my vehicle maintenance at Torre Nissan Service Dept as Sem as my maintenance advisor.

Not exactly confidence-inspiring from a dealer service center with certified technicians. I took my 2019 Altima in for an oil change and found out they put in the wrong oil (Nissan recommends 5W-30 oil for the 2.0L turbo motor, not 0W-20 which is recommended for the more common 2.5L motor). They claimed they did an inspection and that the brake fluid and transmission fluid needed to be changed. It turns out the so-called inspection is based on mileage. They resisted when I asked them to check the vehicle service records which clearly showed the brake fluid and transmission fluid had been changed only a few months prior at their very own Torre Nissan service center. When I got home and checked the in-cabin microfilter, I found out it had been installed backward. Needless to say I won't be back.

I received a recall notice for my 2017 Sentra I called in to schedule a service and I kept being transferred over to departments that wouldn't answer once I finally got ahold of someone they sent my call to someones voice message system honestly I might end up selling the car so I don't have to ever deal with torre Nissans horrible customer service

Terrible experience by far that I've ever had at a Nissan dealership. Service department needs more training on how to explain services and fees and how to provide better customer service. Well at least the advisor who helped me Alex Corona. First I wasn't made aware of why the extra charges for diagnosis fee. If they need more time with the car that should've been on them. I asked for fee breakdown and basically was given an explanation of how a sensor works and then advisor (Alex Corona) emailed me estimate not showing a detailed breakdown that I requested and he sent it from a personal email. So unprofessional! After two days of bugging Alex and taking a trip to service department since phone call wasn't being returned I was promised a breakdown of work done for the diagnosis test fee, but I had to make a second trip the next day since he said he couldn't email it this time. The breakdown he gave me only showed estimate of $170 fee not the $510 they were charging me for diagnostic test that I had requested breakdown for. Finally after frustration and feeling like a broken record repeating myself and getting no where I called parts and service Director who at least explained better and discounted fee to $255. I really don't think I should've been charge anything especially with the horrible service provided, but I wanted my car back already . The estimate for fixing the vehicle was for over $3,000 and Alex said he was only 90% confident it would fix the car. I mean who would pay any money to any service provider when they aren't even 100% sure it's what's wrong. Then I was told he meant they can't guarantee nothing else would be wrong with the car. I know what I heard and no one was asking for that type of guarantee how silly would that be. I still had to have my car towed home. I feel like I got robbed for my $255. Also, when I received my car at home I checked it and noticed owners Manuel/maintenance/ warranty booklet was missing from car. So I called on Saturday 1/21/22 at 9am left a voicemail for Alex Corona to inquire about the missing booklets. About 10:30 am I called again and he put me on hold since I was 10 minutes away I stayed on hold but also got a ride down to Torre Nissan. I got there in 7-8 minutes for which I was still on hold so I hung up as I walked in to my disappointment Alex as well as two other employees who were sitting in the desks behind him were just sitting there looking at their cell phones, so why was I on hold for over 6 minutes when no customers were in there?!? So very disappointed and made me so upset. I asked for my booklets and of course he implied he had heard my message but guess he was too busy playing with his cell to call back. He said I would have to wait till Monday 1/23/22 so he can ask the mechanic about booklets didn't even offer to go take a glance in case he could spot them. I've had several Nissans since 2000 to now and like I said this has been the worst experience making me regret I have a Nissan.

They deserve 0 stars.. what a worthless dealer/service center. Arrive no later then 10am for a normal service, you know oil change n all. Was told 1-2 hours. Its been +5 and now they can't give me a eta on how much longer. We will never come back to this place. Only thing for certain. They want there money, but where's ours?... time wasted. Instead of torre nissan. Change it to crooks at nissan.

Took our Altima in for an oil change and it was $40. Then we took our Sentra in for an oil change and it was $67. They claimed that they needed to use synthetic oil in the Sentra. Bullsh*t. They also tried to initially charge me closer to $100 by sneakily including a tire rotation that I didn't request. A tire rotation should be free. When I asked them to look at the broken drivers side door handle, they said it would cost $500 to fix. I just found a new handle online for $50. Every time I take my car here, they leave garbage behind that I have to throw away. This is a terrible service department and I'm never taking our cars here again.

At the time that that helped us out I feel that a little bit they were kind of concerned more about their interest instead of our situation there I feel that they try to almost help us and do the best they can in that but I did still feel like a little bit that it was just all about them and their needs of the company and not so much us as a customer that is the reason for my low score things could be different now since the last time we've been there but yeah that's the reason for my load rating for this one

I've been there 3 times. Once to buy my new truck which I LOVE. Second time, flat tire- manufacturer replaced it for free, but one of the employees who drove my truck back to me left his trash on my center console. Third time, another flat, nail in tire, free repair. This time when they brought my truck back to me, I was stoked because I didn't have to pay for anything except gas. However, the following day I noticed that they didn't put my hubcap back on, and also did not put the valve stem cap back on either! I may NEVER go BACK!! Can't trust they're going to be thorough UNLESS you watch them like hawk, & honestly why should I have to do that, when it's their job!!

Torre Nissan is so good. I bought a used rental car and wanted it checked and a recall fixed. Oscar helped me and quoted me a price for a thorough inspection. He gave me an estimate of the time it would take and explained what they would be doing and checking. The staff was very courteous and helpful during my wait. Everyone waiting for cars seemed happy and relaxed. My neighbor saw my new (used) car and when I told her I was going to lTorre Nissan to have it looked over she told me I would certainly be happy and I was. When the car was finished Oscar came out and explained everything to me. The car was ready sooner than expected and Oscar went over all the maintenance I should expect to have done as I put the miles on. He took care of everything and the price was far lower than he had quoted me. I am happy to be a new customer at Torre Nissan and hope to be for years to come.

This place is pretty much the bottom of the barrel. The service department is so rude starting with ( JOE GUTIERREZ) super rude, he is not helpful at all, made me feel stupid as a woman and people like him should never, never, never be working in customer service or have contact with customers. This person had zero willingness to solve or even try to solve my situation, instead he got frustrated and got closed off to any options. He's just not qualifying solve problems or deal with challenges of day to day operations. In General, I DO NOT RECTHIS DEALER SHIP. In addition. I recommend the dealer in Palm Springs. It's a quality service , professional, willing to help and speedy! I was helped by a service advisor Alex Buelna who was pleasant and super helpful.

Took my car, and told me would be ready in approximately 3 hours. 5 hours pass by and I haven't received a call, so I call and have a hard time contacting then and receiving information about my car, they they tell me my car need to stay till the next day, they didn't think to call me and tell me right away?
