I'm the type to not leave reviews unless I received exceptional service or was completely disgusted with a company. Otto now has a customer for life. Very thorough and educated in his line of work. I had an issue with my past tax guy was a breath of fresh air with Otto!!

Past couple years we’re great! This year, he was too busy for us. We asked on April 1st if we could just email our documents like we normally do. He said it would take about 2 weeks for him to get to. Said it’s faster if we made the appointment to go in person. We made an appointment with his assistant, and they gave us the appointment 14 days later. How is that faster? Called the day of, we were unable to make it.”Asked if we could just keep the appointment and he pull up our emailed documents. He answered with “you’ll have to cancel”. Found a tax preparer down the street that would handle our taxes today and by email. Will never be doing business with Ludwig ever again.

Hans is good at what he does. I had a horrible experience last year somewhere else. I'm new to filing by myself and he was very knowledgeable. I got my tax return in a week. I would recommend him to anyone around.
