I have to say, I was not a fan of Labcorp in the past. But my last couple of visits have been so much smoother, time efficient, and less painless.

All the staff at lab corp are very professional, compassionate. I would recommend all patients around laquinta area to stop by laquinta lab corp if you want the professional service this is the perfect laboratory for blood work.

Frond desk people are rude for no reason. I just asked to schedule an appointment, the Hispanic lady in the front speaks to you like she caught you stealing money from her purse. And they refuse to pick up their phone. Somebody needs to get laid or adopt a cat.

Quick check in and everyone was incredibly professional. Make an appointment in advance online to avoid long waits. Highly recommend Yurgen - he's a pro. Didn't feel anything for my blood draw. He's fantastic. Super professional and friendly, I left not feeling traumatized.

I had an appointment for this morning. When I arrived there was a sign saying it's closed and to try the LabCorp on Carreón. I had an appointment today now I have to walk in and wait at a different one.

Very rude and dismissive receptionists. Ordered lab testing online and must have done something incorrectly because the front desk did not have my lab order. Instead of helping me, the receptionist was extremely rude, dismissive, and acted like I was an annoyance/bother to her. When I fix my appointment, I will be sure to not return here.

Wow what a quick and easy visit!!! I got to work with Yurgen! I’ve never had a nicer guy draw my blood - I can’t believe how professional he was and at the same time friendly, funny, patient and just a great guy. Didn’t feel a thing, thank you Yurgen keep up the good work!

I made an appointment to have a drug test for pre-employment. When I arrived the receptionists were rude and treated me like I was bothering them. Then when I got called to the back the technician said you request is expired wait out there. Im thinking ok why didnt the receptionist say that before the called me to the back. So after it was cleared up they call me to the back again and its so small you standing next to another patient hearing all their confidential info and them yours! Not to mention the office is old and run down and isnt clean or sterol looking at all. Then she had me empty my pockets in to a very old dirty lock box which only included my car keys and phone. (Like how could they be a tamper issue) Then brings me back to her desk and barks orders at me, "get a cup from the cabinet, open it and empty its contents onto the desk, then pee in the cup to this line" which she tries to make with a pen that doesn't work! Of course the faucet in the restroom doesn't work and the toilet is sealed. Then once I give her the sample she says dont wash her hands the whole time Im standing in front of the small counter which is next to a sink right in front of her! While she is placing the sample in another container and seals it then labels them still not allowing me to wash my hands and tells me read and sign here and verify the numbers are correct! So I turn to her and say surely u would like me to wash my hands before I handle a pen or my reading glasses. I mean come on Im standing right in front of her right next to a sink while she has already sealed the container! She said no it's procedures! This is not my first time taking a drug test and no other place has made me wait to wash my hands! That's ridiculous Thats just disgusting that their procedures is not wash ur hands right after using the restroom! Its a disgusting place!
