This is literally the most efficient place you have ever seen. The owner is so sweet and kind. He’s so fast I really do not know how he multitasks as fast as he does. It has a very central location with plenty of parking. I recommend this place to everyone.

My new favorite postal store. Nayan is so nice, patient and friendly- even when the line is out the door. His prices are very reasonable for boxes/shipping supplies and it's in an easy to access shopping center close to home.

I called to redirect an urgent DHL package to La Quinta Mail Boxes so that it would likely arrive early enough in the day for me to pick it up before my flight. They called me as soon as it arrived, which really saved me since the tracking wasn't updating in a timely manner, and I barely got it in time for my flight. Thanks very much to this store for helping me out!

We always use this location for mailing packages. Today we went in with a box to mail to Wyoming and there was extra space in the box. They pushed the content down, cut the box down to meet the content and taped it up for shipping. This extra process they did saved us money in shipping costs because everything now is costed off of the size of the box. What an excellent service!! The staff is friendly, attentive to your needs and very responsive. Please use this location for all your mailing needs.

Nayan and his staff are welcoming and excellent. My P.O. Box has been there for 13 years. He has my mail and packages ready for me before I even get to the counter. They have never lost a package and always have the best last minute cards and gifts.Thank you La Quinta Mailboxes!

I have authored two books on customer service and can authoritatively that Nayan provides the best customer service in the Coachella Valley. My wife and I have had a box there for over twelve years and I can honestly say that every transaction has been flawlessly handled. His fax and notary services are executed competently and I have sent and received hundreds of packages that have all been meticulously handled. Any time a package arrives for me I receive a text message automatically. His business should be a case study for all Fed Ex, UPS, and Mailbox stores.

Took a bunch of clothes that needed to get to my son in college on the other side of the country. The staff was knowledgeable, letting us know the various options, and the costs of each. It was quick and we were able to get the job done in no time, which we greatly appreciated!
