This bank is so ghetto. None of the ATMs work, not even the drive thru one. What happened to this place??

We were unable to access the lobby with our debit card. The drive thru ATM did not work. Just needed to get some cash and couldn’t access my money.

I went into the bank to open a checking account and was told that because I didn’t have an appointment there was nothing they could do. I’ve been a client for over 20 years. One manager sitting at his desk and two other employees doing nothing and I was told one couldn’t open my checking account because he “only does investments” the other had to wait for his next appointment to arrive since nobody on appointment was even there. I’m so tired of going into Chase and feeling like they don’t care about their clients.

Thanks for making me a homeless veteran ON veterans Day! Places to get a free meals in little trinkets but you guys really want the extra mile by locking my credit card that was a totally good standing for the third time putting me on the streets with nowhere to stay with absolutely no explanation! But the Indian gentleman on the telephone told me nothing could be done for 24 hours so that's good enough for me! That'll teach me to try to use a valid credit card for food water and shelter

I have been extremely unhappy with Chase Bank. I had a manager meeting to work with my trust account. I had to contact the bank a minimum of 3 times (and gave him documents) and he never returned my calls. In fact, he never followed up with me ever (I opened a new account elsewhere). This seems typical of this branch. I am going to close my current accounts and find a better banking alternative. Very unhappy. PS I would have given 0 stars if I was able. By the way, I have never wrote a negative review in my life!

I am a First Republic customer for 23 years. Went to this branch to change $200 into $10 bills. Teller said no because I wasn't a customer - could only do $100. Asked for a manager. Waited 10+ minutes and then he said no because I wasn't a customer. I called the First Republic Palm Desert branch and they said no problem. We will have the money ready for you and sorry to take you out of your way. That's how you do customer service. Chase Bank sucks forever.

This Chase branch in LQ is full of inexperienced employees. Multiple times I would go in there to do BASIC banking and have had nothing but problems with them. Today was the final straw and I have to get it off my chest - I took my business check to them to deposit in my business account and they wouldn't deposit it. I even spoke to their Manager and he wouldn't accept it either. It is so frustrating! I've been a Chase/Wamu customer for decades and no matter how long they have had my business, no matter how many accounts I have, they still pull inexperienced decisions. So what do I do, I go to the Indio Branch and presto! No problems, check deposited, no questions asked. The Palm Desert branch is also awesome, no troubles or anything. I don't know if they train them different in LQ and I keep giving them 2nd chances but not anymore. Avoid LQ branch if possible Chase customers!!!

Literally this branch gets NO STARS!! No one ever answers, but in specific; I was trying to open a trust bank account, two weeks into the process, it is still not open when it should have taken 2 days!! I was working with private client manager, Vincent Guerrero, who after repeatedly asking me for documents both my brother and sister never needed to open theirs continued to give me the run around. I have now left several messages on his personal voicemail to which he never returns my calls. This whole ordeal has been so unprofessional it makes me want to leave Chase all together! Now, I still don't have an account open and thanks to him and Chase's incompetence I have lost 2 weeks of interest on my money! This has been an infuriating experience all the way around! Save yourself the hassle and go to Bank of America.
