βSo my husband and I met with Joshua when we had a banking issue.. our family is going through extremely hard times right now. My husband has appendiceal cancer and is right now going through chemo.. needless to say a banking issue was the last thing we needed. Joshua not only helped us and solved the problem- but he was absolutely amazing throughout the process. He was kind, compassionate, efficient, and so empathetic to what we are going through. Have you ever been having one of those weeks where you just need someone to restore your faith in humanity?? Restore your faith that there are GOOD people out there- well this was that experience.. anyone who is looking for a good bank and banker who cares- GO HERE and ask for Joshua.β

βRaul is the best!!! He helped me and my brother open accounts and conversed with us in a helpful and friendly manner. He deserves a raise!Just FYI, you do need an appointment to open an account, buts itβs very hassle free. Iβm glad we switched!β
