I’ve never had a bad experience here but today I did. Big lady Crystal at the front was very rude. There was an older man in front of me and she treated him very poorly. My friend doesn’t speak English well and she didn’t even try to help her out which I did. She’s also racist my friend paid cash and she check all her bills which were 1s 5s and 20sI’m not saying she’s wrong for that but why didn’t she do it to anyone else?Then it was my turn to checkout and I have points on my Walgreens rewards she didn’t ask if I wanted to use them so I asked if I have points and she said no you don’t and I was like my app says I do. She then said I can call Walgreens and complain to them about the situation. She needs to get out of there

Service here over the years has just dramatically went down. Currently in the drive through for pharmacy and this will be my last time. My dogs prescriptions have gone up since I’ve been coming here. Moving all my scripts else where where they won’t cost 60$ and month and only 20$ Don’t give Walgreens not just this one but any Walgreens your money. Sad

Came in for my 2nd booster... pharmacy personnel very prompt and friendly. Got here a bit early for 1145 appt, I was called in on time, walked out 30 sec later, sat and waited 15 min, then off I went. Great visit

Went to Walgreens the other night as I was checking out a customer walked in and asked the cashier if he had an extra mask she then replied can I walk in without one. The cashier then nodded and gestured it was ok. During this pandemic I strongly feel we should all be wearing a face mask. Vaccinated or not I think we should. I contacted the store manager Lissette and all she told me was they don't police the mask mandate. I understand it's the safety of the staff but at least try and if they Give push back then let it be. But at least try

I called Walgreens and talked to a young lady. that worked in the pharmacy. I asked her to help me make an appointment for the covid booster shot for my husband. I told her that we were both old and we really didn't do online stuff and when I tried the little balls on the website kept bouncing up-and-down up-and-down for an hour. she said that it was my phone that was having problems or my connection and to keep trying. that she couldn't help us at all. she was a very rude young lady...

Pharmacy is beyond unorganized! This time using Walgreens instead of cvs and honestly I will never do it again. They lost the prescription. And now I have to wait longer to get it. You. Can feel the energy and messsss of this place. I'm sure they mess up prescription tooo. Beware and avoid.

My husband went in to get a covid test and the nurse told him that he needed to put both swabs in the tube so he did as instructed. The results came back saying that both swabs are not allowed in and he needed to be retested. Who knows how many people she said that to and screwed their results. Getting an appointment is not easy and there could be people who actually had it and are now spreading it further. Management just said there is nothing they could do. That employee should be fired. If you want accurate results, I suggest you go elsewhere because they don't know what they're doing here.

Went for a quick card purchase and encountered a rude customer. I tried to excuse myself twice to pass to the registers while a lady (customer) ignored me both times. Even the cashier whispered "maybe she didn't hear you?!" Not wanting to deal with it, I opted to go around the long way to the register. Right when I reached the line the rude lady quickly cut me off. Right away the same cashier noticed and intervened and asked -if I needed to pick up photos- I was helped at the photo section and walked out before the unhappy customer even paid for her stuff. Thank you to MICHELLE :) your thoughtfulness and attentiveness was super refreshing in a petty situation as such. You were appreciated big time!! I hope you know that your kind energy goes a long way! Happy Holidays
