I have been a loyal customer of Team Mobile for almost 16 years now, and I have generally been happy with their store locations. While there are some employees who are genuinely dedicated to helping their community, there are others who may benefit from considering a different profession. It's best to approach each store visit with an open mindset, preparing for both positive and negative experiences. Let's not forget that as customers, it is also important for us to show respect towards the store staff.

Very poor customer service and scammers! Careful with these franchise/authorized dealers, they tend to tell you that something is free but it isn't or add things to your account without your consent. They don't not represent T-Mobile like they should. Recommend finding the Corporate locations, they offer much better service and are there to give you real promotions!

Every time I have to deal with this store it's always a bad experience. They tell me one thing and when customer care calls them they tell them another. After seeing all the other bad reviews they should consider closing this one down. They're giving Tmobile a bad reputation.

Attention attention make sure you pay attention to the reviews we didn't. And this place burned us for a additional Apple watch we never purchased an additional phone line we never purchased and then double charged us on my daughter's credit card and on my brother's credit card I recommend going to a real T-Mobile store this one is not a real T-Mobile store they purchased through franchise the real T-Mobile store is located in Baldwin Park off of Merced. If I could I would press charges against the falsification that they give people. If you do go there make sure you watch your bill when it comes and see how much they charge you like they say buyer beware!!!!!!

Do not come here!!! But if you must make sure to do your research online and ask for what you want because they will sneak add on features to your plan that you don’t need so that they can get more out of the sale.I brought my daughter here to open up her first ever line since she is newly of age. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 10+ years and know how T-Mobile works and have also worked in wireless myself. Jasmine was the person to help us. She started off with the highest plan first [I don’t blame her] I stopped her and let her know we needed the most economical plan available and enquired about the essentials plan. 5G is important to my daughter so she went with the next one up. As she was giving us prices I was online looking at prices too and let her know that it says different than the amount she was telling us. She then said the ad online was wrong and wasn’t updated and that it will be $80 a month with autopay. I made it clear to her that I had also worked and managed in the industry not so long ago as to say don’t try and cheat us and she insisted that it was $80 a month and no lower than that for a 5G plan. I should have known better but then trusted my gut when I saw that she charged my daughter for the activation and sent us on our way without showing my daughter her agreement and without any type of signature not even an explanation of when the bill was due. Before walking away I asked her for the agreement and jasmine said there was no agreement because there is no contract. I let her know again that I’ve worked in the industry before and that because she ran her credit and it is a postpaid account there is a monthly agreement. She said there is no such thing and that if we wanted something like that to call customer care. I looked at her funny because I knew they could print it out and she was refusing to do her job. So we called customer care right outside of the store. 5-10 minutes later after she excused us she comes outside and gives us the agreement my daughter never signed but jasmine did her self with an auto E-signature. And we noticed that my daughter was being charged an extra $5 a month for a feature that was not discussed and we were not aware. This whole time she could have been honest and said it was going to be $75 w/autopay. We returned to the store to speak with the manager about her lack of ethic and integrity. He did continue to ask if I would like to remove the feature (Duuhhh!! We were unaware of jasmines scam) as she heard us complaining about her intentions and doings she ignored the whole situation and went to the back office to hide. I asked the manager to bring her out so that she herself can validate her wrong doing after he dismissed her actions like she did nothing wrong. after taking 5 minutes in the back to get her out she apologized and justified her actions with saying that she quoted us $80 and since we had autopay that’s what it was gonna be ( with the extra feature) I told her the add on was never discussed and should have been disclosed if it was extra otherwise the monthly would have been $75.You can tell the employees and the manager have no accountability there. From reading other reviews they do this a lot to meet their goals. This store is a premium retailer not corporate so the reps are put under a lot of pressure but that’s no excuse. If they can’t hit goals without having to scam a customer you should hire people that can sell for real. Doesn’t T-Mobile stand behind integrity and transparency???

I had a terrible experience at this store. I went in to change 1 of my already EXISTING lines from a device to voice line for my daughter. I could've done it myself over the phone through customer service, but wanted her to have the full experience of going into a store and coming out with her 1st phone. Not only was I told it couldn't be done. Instead I had to open another line, and cancel the old one (allegedly). I paid the fee for a new sim and line (stupid of me too I know since there was already red flags, but did anyway) I left there & called customer service just to double check & verify what I was told was true, and it wasn't. Found out my line could've been changed, and also found out there wasn't just 1, but 2 new lines on my account. 2!!!Thankfully customer service undid what was done in store. I'll save myself the trip next time, and not go in store anymore. You're better off making the changes over the phone with a rep or on app.

Be wary of Michael. I signed up for a new service with tmobile and he offered the internet service as well. He stated that it would be a FREE one month trial. I received the bill in 2 days and I was charged for the internet service. I went to cancel the internet service and was told I had to pay for it and they would credit my next bill. Good thing I canceled within the 14 days or I wouldn't have been credited.

I worked with Nick. He was extremely helpful. I'm glad I stopped in to see what they had to offer. I switched from Verizon and got a new phone at no extra cost.

Went there today to buy our daughter a phone for Christmas and Michael was super friendly and helpful. They didn't have the phone we wanted at the store but they actually had someone from another store deliver it to us. We had actually been at another T-Mobile in the mall but found the salesperson to be super aggressive and rude. Glad that we decided to come to this store! We got everything we wanted thanks to Michael!

Came in to get my Apple Watch ultra. Marina was the wonderful girl to help me out. She was beyond helpful, her customer service is amazing not just with me but other customers I heard her helping. I would leave more stars if possible.

A month ago, I ordered T-mobile by phone after having dropped it 4 years ago because I had 0 bars for calls from where I do volunteer work (a zoo in a major US city). The salesman said that with 5G, connectivity would be better and there are towers near the zoo, so I shouldn't have the same problems. I foolishly (greedily?) suspended my skepticism as I was lured by the promise of a practically free iPhone13 (@$4/month), free Paramount+ and Apple TV, as well as $200 in cash. Well ... stupid me. First, there were 2 emergency situations at the zoo about which I needed to call security. For the first one, I had 3 dropped calls in the course of 1 minute. For the second I made 6 attempts to make a call and had either 0 or 1/2 bars, so I had to ask someone else to use her phone. Realizing I can't keep T-mobile I called to cancel and gave my reasons - it failed two out of two times in an emergency. Since I was outside the 15 day "buyer's remorse" period, I had to buy the phone @$783 in order for them to unlock it so I could go to another carrier. I was offered 2 other choices: (1) pay the $4/month for the phone for 2 years, but it would remain locked and I wouldn't be able to use it, and (2) they'd unlock the phone but I'd have to give up the phone number I've had for 20 years. What I wanted was for them to extend the "buyer's remorse" period by 15 days given the problem was their fault. They wouldn't do it. Oh -- and the $200 I was promised? There was no such promotion. Next time I even think about switching to T-mobile, someone please remind me to read this review.
