Brought my clothes in, spoke to Anna who set my account up. Told me clothes would be ready the next day. She weighed my bag, quoted the price (which was surprisingly inexpensive), I went to pick them up, they were folded, wrapped in plastic and bagged. A great job and I will definitely be going back.

We had the lady do our wash and never again Yes clothes were washed and foldedSo the only problem is we want to speak to the owner for a reimbursement for our laundry soap and dryer sheetsWE BOUGHT A BRAND NEW CONTAINER OF TIDE LIQUID LAUNDRY DETERGENT AND STILL HAD ENOUGH DRYER SHEETS LEFT OVERwhen we received them back no more dryer sheets and LIQUID TIDE WAS ALMOST EMPTYMy Husband picked it up and I told him it was a new Tide liquid detergent that I had bought 2 nights ago now it's almost Empty.We are out of town for the moment and expect to return hoping Owner will Reimburse our Tide liquid detergent.Also she told us since it was our first time she would put our clothes on a hanger and did not get any clothes on a hanger we had our Security Uniforms with the rest of the clothes inside the bag.Also she didn't return our Blue plastic bag that our clothes were in I don't know if she really washed our clothes or not.This is the reason why I get this liquid Tide my husband has been itching with almost all the clothes he puts on he has very Sensitive Skin our Clothes didn't even Smell like Tide or the Crystal and Dryer sheets.We went back to use our card with the last of our liquid detergent we will not be going back again and look for another place to wash.We don't even want reimbursement for our liquid laundry detergent this lady will get her Karma back for finishing our liquid laundry detergent.This lady just did bad service for your Business and need English Speaking workers as well not everyone whom entered looked like they spoke Spanish.Maybe they did but for someone who does not or those worker's need to learn English enough to understand the customers questions

Whoever the "new" employee is , instead of helping to restart a machine just came over to argue about it. I don't mind the high prices because they employees are always fast to fix the problem but today is different. I stood there hearing her argument about why it happened instead of just fixing it . In an oxymoron way she says you should of let me know right away "which i did". After restarting the machine she still there trying to argue about a pointless topic . "WTF".

Card system is not reliable and not to be trusted. First time here bought a card for 20 washing machines for 5 loads cost 5 dollars. But if the machine does not start after the timer hits zero and you’ve selected your wash sorry your out of luck. Your going to have to pay again. Staff was not helpful said I had made the mistake for opening the machine that had not started after 5 minutes of not only the timer hitting zero but making my selection. He gave me 5 dollars back for the 10 it stole from us because according to him it was because I had opened the door. In conclusion save your money go to a coin laundry instead.

I haven't came to a laundromat in maybe 12 years or so? I had no idea how expensive it was. Even the washer with the smallest load was $3+. The card thing is super irritating as you have to put it in at least 3 times before it'll actually read the card. The large dryer is $1.40 for ten minutes and the smaller ones are about $0.70. Is that not super expensive? I couldn't believe that I spent almost $30 just to wash my clothes. I had brought blankets to wash too but I was going to end up spending upwards of $50. The only reason I came was because my dryer was in the process of being repaired. It is way cheaper just to have your own dryer and washer. And also, the attendants shouldn't be allowing the people to hog all of the carts. I had to transfer all of my clothes from the washer to the dryer with the baskets I brought because everyone was selfishly holding onto a cart they weren't even using. It's too small and the machines aren't the cleanest. Thank God my dryer works now, I will never go to another laundromat again.

On extended visit in So Cal, wanting to get laundry done efficiently and quickly, stopped in at Superior Laundry. Facility is large, very clean, evident machines are maintained, has service for drop off, and were assisted by owner/on site Peter who recognized we were not regulars to the self pay laundry concept. Thank you Peter for assistance and guidance.

Seemed like a cool nd Friendly place to do some washing nd drying,the lady that was there at the time i went was nice...But what i ddnt like was that after washing nd drying i went home took a shower nd put on the clothes i just washed the next morning i took my shirt off and i chest was full of little pimples or something...this never happend after washing nd drying at other spots....i wish i ddnt have to go but that card i put money in has a balance still...plus all the soaps nd detergent they sell are soooo tiny and too expensive for what u get....im guessing ppl are regulars cus i was getting all kinds of looks..maybe cus it waa my first time there....but yeah im skeptical about the machines being Cleaned nd sanatized like it says....

If i could give 0 stars i would. 60 cents for 10 minute dryer. Had to leave and go to the bank to get more cash came back and spent 10$ on drying alone. Only to be left with wet clothes. For 3 loads i spent 20$ all to wash and dry. Unbe-fuc-king-lievable. No laundromat should charge that much. Dont come here if your on a budget.

This place is lousy. The machines are not well maintained. Several are always out of order. They broke down on me twice and I had to re do my wash. They are never cleaned either. I keep getting other people's hair in my laundry. Soap and liquids spilled all over the place. No one cleans. Finally, an attendant took my clothes out of the washing machine when it was done saying I had left it there for too long. I was not away for that long. Lousy. Not coming back.
