They are always closed!! I know this because I go to the gym next door. They are never there. The hours posted are not accurate. I don't even know how they stay open for business.

This place is a catastrophe of a business. I have been here 5 times in the last 2 months and every time I come, they are closed. They have a sign saying “will return in 5mins” and I ended up waiting over an hour. Today I come and the OPEN sign is on but the door is closed I called, he said “give me a minute” and never came. This is so infuriating, how can a business not ever honor their hours. It’s every time I come here. No matter what time I come, they’re closed. So annoying and waste of everyone’s time.

I placed an online order for a shirt, but received the wrong color. I checked my order so I know I ordered the correct one. I've tried emailing three times now and I'm getting no response. I'll be happy to update my review if I hear back, but right now it looks like I'm stuck with a shirt I didn't actually want. Be careful about shopping online with these folks, but maybe it's different when you shop in person.

I ordered shoes from this boutique and needed to exchange them because I’d received a damaged product. Their customer service is great! And I received a replacement very quickly. The shoes were super cute too!

Lol had to take a selfie up in the boutique cause you know So you have to call them before trying to go in cause they are closed. I don't know it's kinda weird but yea corona got everything f***** up so just follow the rules on the window/door to the boutique. The guy at the front was super nice and helpful. I literally bought those two shirts you see in the back, both of them were white and super cute. That's all I came in there for, some shirts lol and I found other cute clothes but I didn't have that much time. They have a cute variety, you guys should stop by if you're around.

I didn't realize this boutique was so close to my house! I ended up checking it out and I bought a few dresses to go out and party! The quality was great and also the service. I forgot the guys name that owns the spot but he really went out of his was to help me find the dresses. Thank you again! The only thing about this spot the entrance is kind of hidden. Other than that 10/10!

I was looking for a heel in a size 10 that I saw at a store years ago. I just so happened to stumble across this store online. I wish I could give 10 stars. first off, they had the EXACT heel I've been looking for and in my size. Second. I'm close to the east coast and they're located in California. I placed my order at around 1pm my time. within the hour, I received an email notifying me that a label had been created and item was ready to be shipped. I ordered it Monday I believe and I got it Thursday. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I'm extremely happy with not only the shipping but the quality of my product. I will be a more frequent shopper with dimesi
