Today I went in hopes of being able to get a loan to refinance my car, when i walked in i asked the first person i seen for help she looked at me up and down and ignored me. I’m not sure if it was because of the way i was dressed, or because of my looks. I waited around hoping that she would circle back and help me instead she began talking to one of her coworkers. I asked her if I could possibly speak to her manager and she just looked at me as if I were a joke and proceeded to say that there was no manager available that she had died yesterday. I proceeded to ask if there was anyone i could talk too like a supervisor and she continued to ignore me. Ive been going to this bank for quite some time so i’ve grown to know the staff and what role they play play at this bank. i could visibly see the manager going back and forth making no effort in assisting me. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20years i even have a business account with them and i have never experienced this type of discrimination. Overall i would not recommend this bank customer service is horrible.

This branch is the worse I’ve ever been. They made me wait for at least 20 min for no reason when there were at least five representatives chilling on the desks, the organizers said they were having a meeting when all they were doing was having lunch… wt heck!! Don’t they think ppl are in rush?

They put a hold on my boyfriends account for no reason. He had to talk to a banker. So we went in waited for an hour to talk to someone. The bankers weren't doing anything but talking to each other while customers were waiting. This bank has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. We just left.

Been a customer for decades, scheduled an appointment to open up a business account with Alex Villa and and was 10 min late. Upon arriving I was greeted and was asked someone will be with me in a moment. Took about another 10 min to get checked in and another 5 min past and was told they were getting approval From the manager Christina for Alex to get overtime to be able to help me. A few more min past then Alex comes over to let me know he was not able to help me because his manager did not approve the over time. This place is a JOKE! Took them more time to try to get approval for me being 10 min late. Now I see why they have 2.6 google star rating. I also manage a business and I would never treat my customers this way. 10 min late REALLY!!

If the customer service is bad in this branch the ATM service is worst. Machines are always a problem, it has happened to me twice. Went to cash out through the ATM since the line to see the tellers are always 30min wait, the Machines processed my request and at the end don't dispense my money, gime me a receipt indicating I got the money then I went to see one of the employees working there for help. Well they don't help anyone instead he just told me to call a number which I did with no luck of getting through.The first time this happened they even dare to tell me not to worry because I had more money in my account to withdraw from.One of the worst branches of CHASE!!

Kind of tight parking. However very convenient with lots of outdoor ATMs to help you get in and out. Wish there was a drive thru ATM though.

Went in this morning to cash a 91 dollar check. The teller said there would be a 10 dollar fee so I asked if it could be waived. She said no so I asked for a manager. Manager came up and told me there was nothing she can do. So I left. Ended up at the chase on Lemon in Walnut and they waived the fee without hesitation. After reading the other reviews, this is the worst chase bank ever.

Terrible service, nobody was tending the door for walk in customers. Literally had to walk around to find the "girl in the black skirt" as I was told to do by one of the tellers and I found her doing nothing but flirting with another employee. I will stick with the West Covina branch, much more professional and nicer then La Puente.

Almost 2 hours here for nothing, ppl don’t know what to do even their branch manager, and funniest thing is that they googled about it but telling you another story and I showed them their chase policy and they denial it with their own words. Can’t believe chase hiring them.

Gotta be one of the most under staffed branch's well I can't even say that because there was employees just greeting you walking about I didn't get it. Left came to industry Branch by puente hills mall. Much better. Drive the extra ten mins and thank me later.

I came in on a Saturday to open an account. It's 3:15, and the bank closes at 4pm. A representative who checked us in states she'll have to speak to a manager since it couldn't be done in 45 min, even though I spoke to a gentleman earlier at 2:30pm and he said it's fine come on in. After speaking to a female coworker, she walks to another coworker and she informs us that they couldn't do it. Really? How hard is it to open an account? I guess Chase doesn't want business and doesn't believe in customer service.

I came here and was RACIALLY PROFILED.This was by far the most recasting experience I have experienced of subpar POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Jeremy was my banker who refused to cash my check. I was written a check by my father who frequently writes me checks from his business whom chase is who he banks with. I come into the branch with 2 checks that need to be cashed. I had gave both my id and a debit card for I do not bank with chase and understood that I would be charged a fee for I have frequented the branch to cash my check. When I noticed it was taking long I asked for an explanation from Jeremy and he abruptly replied and said “when things look leery I have to use my discretion” I then informed him I would like him to clarify for I get my check cashed and have never had a problem and that they could check the activity from the account I was cashing a check from to see I had cashed before. He then replied “ I don’t have to explain anything to you”. He went and stood with his boss for about ten minutes and came back handed me my things and said “ we won’t cash the check deposit it or refer back to the issuer. I questioned him again and was told “ once again I don’t have to explain why.” I asked him to call and verify the check with my dad and he refused stating” he is not credible we won’t cash your check. “There was no reason at all and his disposition was callous and disgruntled. I went to another branch and cashed the check with no problem. Here I am a young professional with a check that has been cashed from the account within the last two weeks so what changed Jeremy ? This is the worst chase I have ever tried to contact. I had an employee who was trying to cash their check and they did not help them for over an hour. The teller tried to contact one number on file and claimed the second phone # was disconnected, even though I never received a call. I called the branch over 20 times from 3 DIFFERENT phone #'s and NOBODY PICKED UP MY CALL. I have NEVER experienced such HORRIBLE customer service.
