Received my Covid vaccine yesterday at this location. It was a fast, easy process. The staff was super nice too. I will be moving my prescriptions to this CVS and going here from now on!

Was able to take my 95-year-old mother in for a covid-19 shot today the staff was courteous and helpful the whole process was very fast we are happy customers!

I do NOT recommend this pharmacy. I went to the drive thru pharmacy and the person who answered was totally unprofessional and rude. After I told him I was there for a pickup and who I was, he popped open the tray and just looked at me. Just stared at me until I gave him a confused look. He asked if I was paying cash or card and then I asked him what the amount was. He didn't tell me the amount and when I asked him what it was he said around this. I asked for the actual price before I give him my card and he just added a dollar. I gave up trying to find the price so I just gave him my card. The actual price was $10 more than he said. I told him I wanted to give him my number for rewards and he said it was too late and to tell him next time. He just finished the transaction, gave me my purchase, and expected me to drive away. Well, I'm definitely driving away and never coming back. Or maybe I will. Just to grab his name and add it here. What an upsetting experience.

CVS pharmacy has a good staff that is very helpful and kind. When I had an issue with my insurance not covering one of my medications, they had a solution and I was able to still get it through my insurance as it needed to be updated and corrected , I thank them for helping me figure it all out and getting it done fast.

ATTENTION REGIONAL SUPERVISOR: Subject matter: (Your drive threw)This review is coming from a retired Property Manager that knows a little thing about trying fix problems in a timely manner and satisfying the consumer. First want to be clear the techs that work there in the pharmacy are great! Nice, friendly courteous always willing to help out any way possible per my experience last 2 years. They get 5 stars they have a stressful job and do the best they can under these circumstances and I could imagine how their job duties have multiplied since the pandemic started. "Hopefully they all got pay raises" due to the added stress and work load" So the 1 is because I want the REGIONAL SUPERVISOR for this store to acknowledge and be aware of how the the Covid testing there is now a huge inconvenience for us that just need to drive through to pick up our regular prescriptions that have been going there for 2 years because it was convenient. Use to be 1-3 cars in line if even that now there's 10. It use to be a quick drive threw now have to wait in long lines while people get their Covid testing. In which I am empathetic to the need of course But just wanted to give some advice on how to simplify this matter for all involved. You have 2 lines. One for drop off only & one for pick up & Covid testing same line, so on that note make one of the windows for drive threw pick up prescriptions & drop off only and one for Covid testing onlyShouldn't be that difficult just put new signs up. "Covid line"-"Prescription line" That would be more practical and convenient for all consumers involved and for us that need to only pick up or drop off our prescriptions. Or if that's not per what corporate is willing to do then maybe it's time to take my business somewhere else. I'm sure others feel same way. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter CVS.

Trying to schedule a Coronavirus test at this location or somewhere close by but apparently your website doesn't work nor do you have any testing facility within 100 miles of my location. Please takedown and remove all your Coronavirus publications if you really have no sites close to or around us. You need to upgrade your servers and upgrade your bandwidth to allow for more traffic. After resubmitting a few times I finally got locations but it's has given me results on availability and has been stuck in this mode for 45 minutes

This use to be my favorite neighborhood CVS! The problem is that there is NO PARKING! I love tacos and have nothing against people trying g to make a living. But parking is for CVS customers! There is a big parking problem at this location! They have at least 3 taco venders outside the store, churro vendor. All their cars, plus their customers taking up parking spaces and ruining the landscaping. I stopped going to avoid traffic jam. The weekend is the worst! Go to the one on Hacienda Blvd better and get some Popeye's lol.

This is not my regular CVS store location, but I was driving by and needed something from the pharmacy area. As I walked through, the store appeared to be clean and well-stocked. I couldn't find what I was looking for, so I went to the pharmacy counter and waited a minute for the Pharmacy Tech to finish a conversation and then she asked what I needed. I explained and she came out from behind the counter and assisted me in finding the product and then explaining the differences in the two types available. The cashier rang me up quickly and I was on my way. All-in-all, a good experience.

Stopped by here just to pick up some things for a birthday party. The layout of this CVS is different and also seems a bit messy. This CVS seems like it's designed to just grab what you want and go. Pros: - 2 registers open even though they weren't busy - friendly cashiers but kept rambling on and I had no idea what he was saying afterwards... - pretty much empty parking lot Cons: - dimly lit - worn down - had a weird smell

Wow! All I can say is wow! I've never gone to a pharmacy, turn in my prescription and had it filled right then and there. The pharmacist saw that I had a rough day so she turned around and filled my prescription right then and there! Elicia is wonderful beyond wonderful. Thank you elicia!

Worst and slowest pharmacy drive through experienced. Almost 18-20 minutes wait to pick up my prescription.

They don't accept me because I never been here before, what? Why? If I'm a first customer and you don't take care of me how can you guys are in business.
