I absolutely love & prefer this FedEx location more than any location in California! My colleagues & I have been to so many locations for shipping, printing, binding, foam poster boards services and so much more for many years. This location is by far the best customer service, the most knowledgeable, most efficient & outstanding team of employees & managers we have ever worked with! Freddy has provided exceptional service, top notch training and is a major example for other employees! You can feel the passion and genuine care for giving the best representation for this FedEx at this location. We received the best binding, the best foam boards with exceptionally clear pictures, the best customer service, the best efficient time management for getting shipments out, the best line management for processing customers when it's busy and so much more from this FedEx location. I plan on continuing to bring all company business here to this location as long as this team is here representing for FedEx. It's going to cost you but the result looks nice. 15 full color pages were about $10. But the convenience and quality are why you pay. I was able to email the file, and print with a retrieval code. Kinda of useful. Luckily I had a copy saved in my email and I could email the file over on my phone. If your file is stuck in your computer this won't work. They will allow you to print via USB. If you don't have a USB make sure you email the file over in advance.I was having trouble figuring out some settings and and employee was really helpful. I watched her help some other people print at the machines while I was figuring out my own print job. She was very patient. I got ask far as selecting to print and paying and the machine wouldn't print, turns out the copier had run out of paper. She was great. Helpful, patient customer service without making you feel stupid.

I come here often and consistently get good service. I ship large amounts of product at once and have them print labels for me and it's never an issue. I once left an extra package there and they emailed me letting me know. Will continue to give them my business.

Perfection! Came to this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center early this morning to print a document for work. I arrived at 7:30am, but the store doesn't open until 8am. No big deal. I'd rather be early than late. It was raining pretty good this morning. Multiple people ran over to the door and tried to go in before the opening time. I sat in my car and waited until 8am on the dot. I walked over and the door was still locked. Waited a couple minutes standing in the rain and someone came over to unlock the door. He was training a new employee, at least it seemed.I asked him how to print a document really quick and he walked me over to one of the printers and explained how to get a code. Your email your document to
[email protected] and then insert your payment. You will receive an email with a code and you punch that into the keypad. Then bam, it prints! And you are done. Pretty easy and really if you just follow the directions, you are good to go. I'm happy I was able to print the document I needed for work today. Yay! :)

I tried to get a package today that I had shipped there to be picked up and they told me since I wasn’t 21 I wouldn’t be able to pick up my package due to an age requirement put on the package. Even though my name was on the package and I showed them my ID, they refused to give it to me. I came back and asked if I brought someone who was over 21 with me if they would release it to me and they said no. They simply gave me the customer support number and told me to get it shipped elsewhere.They later called me and told me that they were wrong and I could pick it up if I had someone 21+ with me. So I had my friend drive 20 minutes to me so that he could show his ID and I could take my package.Overall horrible service except for the guy who gave me a call and admitted that they were wrong and apologized, he was very kind. The rest of the employees were just rude and unhelpful. Horrible experience overall, I’m never using FedEx again if I can help it.

No issue so far. They do get backed up quite a bit, but other than that its been a good place for me to do business with.I've only hated one thing. Which is when I wanted the only photo I had laminated and the manager (not Freddy, the other manager) said there wouldn't' be bubbles when I get photo laminated, but there was so much bubble, it essentially ruined my photo.I got a bad taste because he wanted to get $5 extra in sales instead of warning me that it would cause bubble in the photo.
