The staff are very polite and supportive. I was running late and was allowed to purchase my food even though it was already closing hours. I am very thankful for understanding customer needs and outside obligations. Thank you.

I personally don't like Walmart. Was looking for Hawaiian hot dog buns. They did not have them, but they had a good selection of breads. Got some paper plates, frosting and red lobster bisque.

Went to this Walmart location to buy something in the locked glass closet. Pushed the button for help many times and waited 15 mins. A male employee finally came, but he looked so grumpy, it was like we caused some trouble. As I was looking for the items, he turned away his head, he looked really impatient. He did not offer any help. At last, I said "thank you", he did not say anything.Also, price of the items is higher than the online price.

I been coming to this Walmart pharmacy for 7 years. And never had a pharmcy clerk speak to me the way "Anna" did today. I called to have my prescriptions mailed to me. She asked me my Birthday over 10 times getting it wrong 10 times. So when I said let's try this again..She accused me of being rude..really wouldn't you get upset if you had to repeat yourself 10 times. The professionalism at this walmart has gone down hill. Really thinking of taking my business elsewhere but. I love Vanessa and Ryan.. can one bad apple ruin years of excellent service..just maybe so.

Ordered groceries to be delivered and they made substitutions without checking with me first and when I tried to call the store to let them know the substitutions they picked were unwanted No one answered the phone. ??

I've shopped here well into 2 years now and I must say the customer service needs to elevate as well as the selection.. The prices aren't bad but it's always empty shelves and no help when you need to find out when shipments are arriving. It's sporadic there and the people aren't very helpful. I find better service and selection in the La Habra store.

Pharmacy staff had horrible customer service staff!! The day I went there were three young ladies talking behind the counter. I asked for what I needed and one of the staff said "I think we are out" I mentioned to her that it says they were in stock online. she said "well people have been buying them" I then asked, "well where are they usually" she threw up her finger not pointing in any particular direction and said "over there". I looked around for about five minutes and finally found them. That was so rude!

Seems like this location is going downhill. The last few times I've gone, the shelves are very very low. The employees aren't as nice as I've encountered in the past.

There are 7 cash register machines, yet no cashier's to assist at 7AM on Saturday morning. Employees rude don't acknowledge, greet us, or smile , no customer service, on line the worker female gray blouse didn't say excuse me to get her monster she left the refrigerator open she paid self checkout went to break. They have limited selection. Dirty store. Boxes everywhere. No small baskets to carry food.

5/26/2021 = 5 Star = Vaccine is free but need a lot of information, after vaccine need to wait 15min before living .8/1/20 = 5 star = They just start selling this Egg roll . Taste really good .7/30/20 = 5 star = another good time to visit .12/30/19 = 5 star = keep going back in this location since they opened , never had any issue , not bad for a neighborhood walmart . Costumer service are good always .

Not enough parking space. Grocery carts not well kept. Employees tried to be nice and helpfulWell stocked store. Better than average. Its ok I guess.
