I'm really sorry to say this because I've been a repeat & loyal customer since Day 1. I love the products & especially the customer service. It seems like customer service has taken a turn for the worse with hiring new employees. I left a few days ago with 1 bag full to the brim, it was heavy. I mentioned it and the (new) cashier said 'oh well, it all fits, right? Of course, the handles broke. If I was elderly or somehow weak, this would've been a disaster.I returned today with a defective product (hair conditioner), again a new manager. He first said that he doesn't know about hair products. I explained that the conditioner doesn't 'spray' as it says on the bottle. He tried it once & a tiny glob of goo came out...he said, 'it works'. I read him the label which clearly says 'spray' as in liquid. He was neither helpful nor patient.Unfortunately, I might not return...and I usually go there 1-2 times a week. All of the other (previous) salespeople have been so friendly and helpful. Maybe they ought to give a class to these new employees. I'm afraid GO will be losing their long-time coatomers, like me.

We walk to buy groceries several times a week and have a backpack to carry our groceries home. Today the clerk rudely told us we were not allowed in the store with a backpack. We walked so we didn't have a car to leave it in,so walked back home without anything. I'm not sure how an empty backpack would be any different than a reusable bag. You will now lose two loyal customers.

I am very displeased and disappointed in the grocery outlet staff to be more specific, the older lady with grey hair working when I came in at 8:30 Aug 25 2023.I’ve come to this grocery outlet with my girlfriend all the time but the one time I come alone I get harassed about my side bag. She told me “we have to check backs before you leave”. I’m usually an understanding person but I was disgusted when she chased with urgency. I had to asked where it was posted because I have never seen a “we have to check bags after before leaving” and low and behold there is no sign. Even if there was a sign that is such a malpractice due to no security training I can only assume for events like this.Overall WHAT AM I REALLY GOING TO STEAL WITH THIS BAG? $20 OF CHOCOLATE BARS?Please talk to this employee about harassing customers and or hire security/AP to prevent situations like this.Edit: There is a sign that says no backpacks but this is not a backpack, women do not get searched for their bags but i get searched for a bag since I am a male?

Used to like shopping here until I walked in today and the cashier asked me to leave my small rucksack with her. I understood the implication was that they were concerned I was going to steal from them. I told them no, and left to return my bag to the car. I returned to shop as I was desperate and in a hurry, but will not be shopping here again.

Amazing grocery store with many items in good quantities often at much lower prices than other big brand stores. Chips, crackers, some sauces, condiments, good quality ones much cheaper here. Some items which did not get sold at other places find their way here. Some personal care products and tools too! Not just foods.

If I could give a zero rating I would. I walk to my local store. I just had the most horrible experience with the manager. He accused me of planning to steal. I have a child that I was buying habdsoap n bodywash for. He then told cashier to not ring me up due to not leaving my empty backpack with them. But she did. That's my bag. I dont appreciate being spoken to in that manner by the manager. I asked for corporate # n he said I can look it up myself. Is this good customer Services? He said I was disrespectful, him coming at me in a bullying manner is not a acceptable. The worst customer service ever. By the way I'm 65, elderly. The way he came out and approached me to begin with is NOT acceptable. Giving great customer service doesnt work like that.

At first I didn't care for grocery outlet but now I go almost every week. I love the staff. The lead manager is a really nice guy and the women that work there are awesome. One of the managers there, I have a crush on but I'll never tell her. It's inappropriate. She don't need to know. It might get weird. ?

Love this place, not only they offer great every-day prices, but the selection of high-end products is incomparable with other groceries in the area. This is my go-to place for keto, low-carb munchies and protein bars.

Convenient location, clean. Some of the best customer service from cashiers and clerks. Prices are good compared to other stores, especially some organic products that are way more at Sprouts or Albertsons.

Once I went to this location for browsing , when I got to thi store the cleanness and polite staffs made me to go this location more often , comparing to other branches this location has more variety and the most significant difference is cleanness and politeness of employees. Highly recommended

I came here for the first time to get a snack. I looked around and noticed some unique items. When it was my turn to pay the cashier, I requested cash back. The cashier had the audacity to slam his hand on the counter and point me in the direction of a no cash sign. Then I questioned him as to why the debit machine had given me that option to request it. His response, "because in order to remove that option would cost the store $1,000s." Wow! This guy was on one moody streak. I talked to his manager Abby to report the disrespectful encounter with the employee. I hope he re-trains this guy. I'll never return. Happy Friday!

I love finding unique things here. There are a few select items they typically have that are cheaper or comparable to the warehouse stores but in smaller quantities. Perfect for my needs. It is always clean and organized. The employees are typically friendly and helpful. It is a peaceful store with a lot of great finds. The only caution is that there are often items expiring immediately, so that is just something to be mindful of. I definitely recommend this Grocery Outlet.

We were surprised with the great prices and deals, the only place we found eggs with good price. Very clean and polite cashiers.
