Wow. This t mobile store doesn't want your business. I came in the inquire about 2 different accounts. My mobile and my home internet. The 2 kids that were helping me wouldn't let me get a word out without talking over me using mobile-ease. When I asked him if we could communicate in one language he turned on me. Karina ( the very powerful assistant manager) butt in and said the same "it's not stackable ". To me. I asked if she condoned the way the kids were speaking to me. She stuttered but basically said yes. I am a business owner and I know you can get a lot further with good manners and a little kindness.

I generally like TMobile and the service at this location. This is to draw attention to an issue that has been bothering me. A few weeks ago I was in for a few routine questions. While the rep was tinkering with my phone I noticed him activate a couple of accounts that I'm not interested in. TMobile and Samsung updates and notifications that bog my phone. He probably thought he was doing me a favor or maybe he gets credit for activating certain accounts with his ID or some other promotional bs. What ever it is I wish he had asked my permission before activating them. All the bells and whistles can be very distracting. Don't to unauthorized stuff on other people's phones. It's inappropriate and can be a fing nuisance. Ask first.

HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!THEE WORST!1 star only because that's the only way you can post a review, but it's really No stars!2 guys were EXTREMELY RUDE! I had to leave and go somewhere else! They lost a really good longtime customer! What the owners need to know is that these bratty younger people are ruining business and future business with having uneducated rude know it all.Buyers beware!

This T Mobile store is great. The person helping me, Kelly was awesome. She helped get me the phone I wanted, and in a plan better than I anticipated. Thank you all at the Grossmont Center store. Keep up the good work.

I can’t recall her name, but I was trying to return the device for home, Internet Gateway, but the individual without getting the full picture when I told her returning a device she had automatically refer me to other location after multiple back-and-forth and explaining the whole situation having issue with the home Internet and asking her to look into that account, she would be able to return the device. It’s sad people they don’t do their due diligent without trying or without understanding they push it to somewhere else so that they are avoiding Work core resolving that issue are facing don’t go this location

The store at first doesn’t seem to have any procedure to check in clients however they keep tract but you just walk in and stand there. Then when I told them about my problem they said I would have to go to Apple in MV. I asked if they could do something in settings and she finally looked in there and did something to correct my problem. It was like pulling teeth. Bad customer service- many employees were talking among themselves and chewing gum listing to music playing with their phones. This was at the grossmont t mobile. Wish management could see this!

Omar, Sarah and Dania did a wonderful job of making this an easy process. I stopped by their shop just before closing after getting lost. I knew exactly what I wanted and they stayed to help me. They were so courteous, helpful, education-oriented and went above and beyond with customer service. I won't go anywhere else. What a great team of people who care about their product and helping people!
