I've been using this pharmacy for many years. The delivery is excellent

They don’t honor prescriptions from virtual visits. According to them, the doctor must be local. I did not feel welcomed here. Reminded once again why bigger pharmacies are taking over.

Wow, all I can say is I am so grateful to have found this wonderful and compassionate pharmacy. Hector the owner is an absolute angel of a doctor/pharmacist!I called them on a Friday before a holiday weekend. I’m sure he could hear the stress in my voice as I asked him if they carried my medication. This is after going through a whirlwind of issues with cvs.Hector not only calmed my nerves but also told me he would be happy to take me on as a customer . Would order my medicine for next business day. To top it off they also have delivery!!They service the local Ukrainian community which is just the cherry on top! Thank you Hector so very much!-Tamara L

Love them! Free home delivery and they look for the best prices for you. I love that they contact your doctor if there's an issue and don't have you be the middle person. I'm never going back to waiting in line at cvs or Walgreens for meds again. Did I mention they are local and you get your meds within a day or two. It's not mail order, it's personal delivery. Woo hoo!

horrible pharmac the owner does not know what hippa means . he literally called me a doctor shopper and that had been thrown out of pharmacys when neither was true. he allows his staff to pretend like they are pharmacists and lie about whether scrips sent or not. the truth is years ago maybe 5 or so the pharmacy had been busted for their lax policy on schedule 4 drugs . he is an arrogant little man who will get sued for his sprewing out falsities like he did. do not bother with the place, over priced, low scale tacky. still in business is a surprise especially with history but for how long . skip down the road to a reputable place who deserves business.

Please take this name literally. This business is a pharmacy and only that. Do not go here thinking you will get a Walgreens/CVS type experience. I needed some make up at the last minute - long story - and all they had were two bottles of the same color foundation. Not helpful.

i figured it was time to update this, since i've continued to use this pharmacy very regularly. honestly, there are other pharmacies that are more well-stocked, more professional, less dumpy. but: this place knows my name, and the staff are normally friendly, and it's close to home. and: bonus points for shopping local from independent businesses.

This place needs serious work. Pharmacist refused to fill a prescription, place is dirty and unorganized and they "weren't sure" if they had change for a $50 bill--at a pharmacy..? Not sure how this place is still in business. Also, they have 100's of greeting cards and not a SINGLE retirement card. What gives you may ask? Whatever their problem is, I'll be giving my business elsewhere from now on.

Friendly and helpful staff but they're under new ownership and have run out of drugs. Yep, drugs are definitely something a pharmacy should have or be able to get. Dropped off a prescription last week and was told they'd have it for me Wednesday. Today I went by and their order hadn't arrived. Seems to be a problem with getting approval to order meds electronically and having to have order picked up in person, processed, then delivered (or not delivered as was the case today). This and their limited hours may mean trying out the usually horrific big chain pharmacy experience at least they have better hours and can fill prescriptions something this pharmacy can't figure out and is pretty important if you're a pharmacy.

So happy I discovered this local, independent, no frills, full service pharmacy. I get weary every time I walk into a mostly impersonal CVS, Walgreens, or RiteAid. But I don't need to anymore. Call LaMesa Pharmacy and a real human voice answers. No phone menus. Personable, capable, informed, informative staff. So happy. Let's help it prosper.

There is a single one location for the seemingly family owned business for as long as you requested the services of delivery to your residence you must inform them a day before. The pharmacy has a personal DELIVERY system to your house possibly your business ALL THE WAYTO AND BETWEEN the beaches, San Ysidro(basically the border to Mexico) all the way north as far as Del Mar! The catch is the fact that you have to BE AWARE to NOT ask for delivery on Friday, as there is NO Saturday deliveries. The place is closed on Sunday, for having limited hours of operations & a single placed location, they have very excellent competitive as well as the lowest possible/CHEAPEST yet more than reasonable prices within all of San Diego County. Plus they presently and always will serve addresses of any residences in the & around the Un-Incorporated areas of San Diego County. Poway, Mt. Helix, Casa de Oro, Spring Valley, Jamul...9am-6pm Monday - Friday & 10am-2pm Saturdays... Sometimes they will deliver on the same day if you call early enough and/or if they are not that busy

One of last locally owned pharmacies left. They treat you like family.
