It's a typical Express catering to workers! We aren't at the top of the IHG brands priority list on accommodations or maintenance! Most of us staying there could fix and
repair it better than the " maintenance " people they have.

I would give this a 5 star rating except for that awful wet carpet smell that you get when you wash the carpet but don’t allow it to properly dry. The smell was strong and immediately hits you as soon as you enter the room. Everything else was good, the bathroom was clean and location great. The smell really was unpleasant so a 3 star rating is me being generous.

Conveniently located. Friendly staff especially Megan who helped with check in and made the process smooth. Breakfast was good and they have a small but nice sized gym. Parking was also not exuberant.
The room walls are quite thin so you can hear people walking around. My chair was missing and my conditioner was filled with soap. I was able to get these things fixed.

Super clean, and the front counter guy was super helpful. We had had the worst experience from Heritage Inn, across the street. So we decided to not stay at Heritage Inn and went here instead. The room smelled good everything was clean.

The location was fine. It seemed very safe and it was quiet. The room was nice and clean and updated but the air conditioner in my room didn’t work and I had trouble with the Wi-Fi. The staff was quick and helped to fix the Wi-Fi and even moved me into a new room in the middle of the night when my air conditioner wasn’t working so overall good staff interactions and nice hotel price was reasonable for the area and I would stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel for about a week. We had a good stay but there was miscommunication about room cleaning which led us not to have out room cleaned 3 separate times. I spoke with the front end manager and general manager, who quickly rectified the problem. We were credited a night's stay and parking fees. Overall, im satisfied with our visit.
