I experienced a blowout during my morning commute yesterday and my other tires needed to be replaced very soon. Carlos helped get me the best deal on four brand new tires and I also got an alignment that was also going to be on my to-do list very soon. Carlos and team took great care of me and my car! Definitely my go-to for my tire needs and maintenance ☺️

The guy behind the counter was very helpful and courtesy. The technicians did a great job evaluating and replacing the breaks and doing the alignment. When I picked up my car it drove like it just came off the lot and it has 200,000 miles. Thank you and would highly recommend this shop.

I took my car for an alignment and the whole thing (from me waking in) took 15-20 minutes. My car didn’t move from where I initially parked. The manager Carlos didn’t show me the results of the alignment, I had to ask for them and the numbers were off but he stated “That doesn’t change”. I thought the whole thing was suspicious and I went to the location at Mission Gorge to have everything re-checked. They confirmed to me that they didn’t do anything to my car and they were super helpful. In the end, they showed me the before and after and sent me a report to my phone number. Be careful of the La Mesa location. Also, Carlos wouldn’t stop saying that he wanted more customers because he wanted more money.

I came in for a set of front tires. Mechanic found and showed me a serious issue with the a frames and related linkage. Let's get it fixed. An hour or so later, the wrong parts arrive. The shop closed at 6pm but the manager and two others remained until 7pm, went out and got the correct parts and had them installed. Talk about going the extra mile ! ! ! I'm most impressed. They looked after me so I expect to return the favor with return appointments to get the rest of my car back up and running. Note: the shop and waiting room was very clean. All staff very friendly and courteous. I can highly recommend Evans Tire / La Mesa.

Did a great job on the oil change rotated the tires bu the air pressure was checked. What a nice guy though, after he let some other customer bump in front of me causing me to wait additional time after I had already waited 3hrs.

I have been to Evans tires in La Mesa many times. I am very thankful for the care they take with my car as well as my family’s cars. Carlos always makes sure that he takes care of us and that I get my car done in a timely manner. Thank you to all the technicians , we appreciate you all!!

Beware!!! Went in for a tire repair. Quoted a 90 min wait. 3.5 hours later was told I need a new set. And that they won’t fix the tire because it’s in such bad shape. I will never give this business another chance.
