Today, 11/11, we experienced the worst visit here. The hookah was burnt (they changed it twice), the beer is warm, they are extremely short staffed and most importantly I found plastic in the beef shawarma….. The staff tried to make it up to us by bringing us beef tikkah and it was so salty that I couldn’t swallow it. I don’t recommend this place for entertainment at all! I’ll keep going to other places or stay home before I think of coming here ever again.

A million stars for the Charcoal House! A friend and I went for dinner just to try it out tonight and we're so glad we did. The food was amazingly deeeeeelicious and beautifully presented. In addition the service was top notch. Our waiter was gracious, efficient and full of fun which added to the experience. Also the cost was more than reasonable for what we got. We left really impressed and are looking forward to going back! This is an excellent restaurant that I highly recommend.

The food at Charcoal House is incredible! The service is excellent and the staff are so friendly and on top of it. I've gone to a couple events recently and it gets better each time. The DJs and singers each weekend make such a fun evening. I highly recommend checking them out for lunch, dinner or a fun night out. They have many events throughout the week and weekend.
