I learned about Dos Artes tequila from a friend of mine and was looking to buy it online. They are clearly in demand and not easily available. I was able to track down the 4 kinds I wanted at their online location. I ended up calling with some questions and spoke to Tim who was super helpful. This is a good operation!

Found everything I was looking for, was in and out within like 5 mins. Store is clean and staff is nice can't go wrong coming here I always stop here for my adult beverage needs when I go to La Mesa

Would give negative stars if I would, these guys are absolute scum bags, with zero customer service, bout 3 puff bars here, first one was legit, second one failed in a day, and the third one not even a full day, I tried them in the store, however with these theirs no way of telling if it's a dud intil about a day, confronted them about this very respectfully thinking they would be able to take at least one dud, give it back to the supplier, and no skin off there back, however they basically told me to go f*** myself, I moved down the street hoping I would find a quality shop, since I usually spend a few hundred at a quality shop when I find one, i won't be coming back, and if you're smart you wouldn't waste your money with these scam artists, the smoke shop next door is the same business, so stay away from them as well

Yeah...didn't honor their online price. Not even close. Went out of my way to take advantage of a deal I saw online. Showed them the deal and they said "yup, that's us but we can't do that deal". I won't be back, can't trust them.

Not a good first impression. I went in and the dude was sitting down on his phone not paying attention. I asked if I could cash my small check and he said they didn't do that here when they clearly have two signs out front that says otherwise. They have a wide variety of alcohol but with that comes a lazy distant staff. I cashed a check here two years ago so I know it's a lie.

Was having a crummy day and ran in do grab a kombucha. Was super grateful to find one but it had been expired. Let the guy know on my way out just so they knew. While I was getting in my car he ran out with one from the back. Seriously kind that he would go out of his way for something so incredibly simple! If you see this, thank you! You brought a bit of happiness to today! I'll definitely become a patron. Exceptional customer service!!!!

Nice local liquor store. They have a lot of snacks and cold drinks. Their beer selection is decent with the local range of beers like stone and ballast point. The staff is friendly and they have plenty of parking.

We buy from Big E all the time. Great family business. Sometimes I walk out with a case. People don't know this, but If you buy 12 bottles at once, you get 10% off the whole order. The guys in the back are usually too serious. Maybe from working long days.it doesn't bother me. I'm there to buy what I need and go party. The owner and guys at the register are usually cool. They also have better prices and a larger selection compared to other local liquor stores in the neighborhood.
